Having just sold our flat , I am really pleased we chose Elliots . Symon got us a very good price at a time when the market is changing . Just as importantly, he ( and his colleagues ) are knowledgeable, easy to communicate with , persistent , (but never pushy) and just genuinely considerate people . I particularly appreciated how Simon communicated with all parties proactively and respectfully ( especially both sides solicitors ) which helped push things along .

Elliotts Estate Agents were one of a number I contacted re the sale of our flat, and they stood out as the one to go with, thanks to the person I dealt with. Jordan Webb's professionalism, market knowledge, enthusiasm, and personality set him apart. And this went way beyond getting the business - his professionalism and customer care continued throughout the process, helped by his able colleagues. The valuation proved realistic. The promotion was excellent, with our involvement welcomed. A buyer quickly found (two days). And then the hard work started. There were always going to be things cropping up that needed to be handled, and Jordan was there to constructively help. The ball was never dropped until completion.
Whilst I dealt almost exclusively with one person, there was always a cheery welcome from everyone if I popped into the office, and proper care if Jordan wasn't around. My impression is that Elliotts would offer an excellent service regardless of who managed the sale.

Symon and the team were very helpful in chasing the solicitors and having a handle on all the moving parts. I am writing this review with the deepest gratitude for all the staff and all the help they have given over the past couple of years. We have sold a property through the office in Hove and recently bought a property through the same team. One thing that stands out is the longevity of the staff. We have had the pleasure of dealing with the familiar team on both occasions and this is such a comfort when investing such a huge task into their care. The leadership and management are clearly keeping a very happy team. I, myself, as someone who has worked in property understands that this can be a very frustrating industry so to be greeted by the faces of trusted agents was reassuring. During the pandemic they worked to sell our family home and kept to all the government guidelines, always adhering to strict appointment times, hygiene and respect of the fact everyone was living in a very difficult time. On the recent occasion we have purchased a retirement home for an elderly friend and they have been so understanding when we have had any delays and kept us constantly updated. I don’t think that a cake and a trust pilot review is enough to describe how much we value the whole team at Elliot’s. I moved into my beautiful new flat a month ago today thanks to sterling work from Elliotts, who I cannot recommend highly enough.

I decided to sell my house with Elliotts after meeting Brian, being impressed with his extensive knowledge of the local market and totally professional attitude. Prior to marketing my property, everybody involved in the sale visited to learn its features and idiosyncrasies. The brochure produced was outstanding with excellent photographs - none of the wide angled distortions so often seen.

After many viewings over the following weekend, I accepted one of the eight serious offers, a week after going onto the market.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to proceed with the flat I had been hoping to buy, but Steve came to the rescue and found me a flat that met more of my requirements than the original property.

From this point on Steve was my main man, managing the sell and buy. For various reasons, the process became more convoluted than it should've been, but Steve was on top of everything and provided me with the help and support I needed. His communication was exemplary, keeping me in the picture at all times. He also managed my expectations, letting me know next steps and when he would be in touch again - which he always was. There were so many groundhog days that it felt at times it might never happen, but Steve persevered, maintaining his professionalism, enthusiasm and optimism (plus my mental health) to successfully complete. I bought a flat through Elliotts Estate Agents as a first time buyer in Spring / Summer 2022. Throughout the process their communication was excellent, I received frequent update emails from Symon and Ben which meant I was kept well informed and was aware of any blockers. I was keen to complete as quickly as possible but my solicitor was very slow and making excuses. Elliotts were great at helping me chase her and letting me know when the vendor's solicitors had sent documentation / emails so I when I chased my solicitor I knew exactly how long she was taking to complete a task. This meant I probably completed a few weeks earlier than I otherwise would have, saving me money. Lastly, whenever I wanted access to the property after my offer was accepted (to measure the flat etc.) Elliotts always responded to my email within a few hours and were happy to accommodate. I will probably use Elliotts as my estate agents if / when I eventually sell my flat.

We have used Elliotts to buy, rent and sell properties over a number of years and the service Steve and his team have provided has always been outstanding. They are always available to speak and update you on processes and most importantly for us extremely trustworthy and have always acted in our best interests

House selling is never easy and what you really need are a team that give you honest, helpful advice and help. Elliott’s excelled in all areas of the process and despite being involved in a sometimes, for us, tortuous process of delay and frustration they were never anything less than professional and positive. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We had a very prolonged property purchase process and Symon and Jordan and Sally were helpful throughout. We’ve worked with many estate agents in the UK over the years and Elliotts have been at the top for family business feel and personable follow through. Highly recommended.
