Poor quality and customer service
Purchased nearly £450 in cushions. The box they arrived in was all torn. The cushion covers were extremely thin and not the quality for the price. One zip was stuck so returned the lot. They also didn’t look the same colour as they did on the website. Took multiple back and forth emails to get a refund and they still had the cheek to charge me for the return. Wouldn’t recommend. For that price point, there is much better quality and customer service out there.

I am flabbergasted at the quality of the items I bought. They are absolutely gorgeous and look so expensive - I mean they are not cheap but seriously worth every penny. Super fast shipping too. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Great customer service and lovely items
Great customer service and lovely products. I bought and paid for my items, forgetting I wanted to order some other cushions. I emailed quickly, and wihin a few hours, Olivia responded and happily merged the order and refunded the additional postage I would have had to pay for two. The cushions came very quickly and were beautiful! Love them! Highly recommend Ellenvale Interiors.
