I honestly can’t recommend the Golden Pill enough. After having my daughter, I came off all contraception and my hormones felt completely out of balance for a long time. Finding this has genuinely changed my life.

For the first time in years, I feel in tune with my body again. Everything just feels more balanced, more predictable, and more me. I understand my body so much better now, and that’s something I never thought I’d be able to say.

Five years on and I’m still feeling the benefits that says everything. Thank you so much for creating something that’s made such a real difference to my life 💛

I have been taking Elle Sera for a couple of years now since having breast cancer. I was on hrt before and had to stop it because of the cancer.
I took Elle Sera religiously and didn’t feel any massive difference but I was doing ok. After about a year, I stopped taking it for a month or so and noticed that I was feeling quite low in my mood and more anxious than normal for no reason. I realised that the Elle Sera had been keeping me on the level so I started taking it again. I definitely feel it helps me and I take it with magnesium supplements too which have helped a lot with poor sleep.
Elle Sera are a great company with a real personal touch. I highly recommend Elle Sera.

I was with Elle Sera for over two years and found the company excellent overall. My subscription was always delivered on time, I never experienced any payment issues, and I had no problems with the product itself. However, I felt the tablet wasn’t quite meeting one particular need for me, so I decided to try HRT instead. That worked well initially, but after a few months I began to feel that it might be a bit too much for my body. As a result, I’ve chosen to stop Elle Sera for now to give HRT a proper chance.

I’ve been taking Elle Sera since I was 47 and I’m now 50. I started to take it pre-emptively because I felt fine and asymptomatic but was worried about what would happen when I started to experience symptoms of perimenopause. All I can say is that I feel just the same now as I did three years ago and that Elle Sera has been more than worth it for the peace of mind alone.

I am currently about to finish my second month of Elle Sera. I felt with my first month I noticed a big difference in the lead up to my period. Less agitated and emotional, I feel most reviews express their feelings towards desire. I am yet to experience that, but still super hopeful going into month 3 of my Elle Sera journey.

I’m around 6-8 weeks on this journey and if I’m completely honest I don’t feel any different just yet, I going to give it 12 weeks which it might just take my body a little longer to digest. So I’ll check back in at 12 weeks for another review.

I’ve been taking Elle Sera for a good while now and I can honestly say I can’t be without it. I started taking it as I was getting menopause symptoms but I didn’t want to take HRT, I was getting very irritable so I tried the Golden Pill & wow it really does work. I have been taking it a while but I get no symptoms at all, I’m 52 and this has been a game changer. My friends struggle with Menopause but the Golden Pill is the one thing I take every day without fail. Highly recommend

Really impressed. Into month three now (golden, mag and collagen). Noticeable difference in meno symptoms. Sleep has been the biggest improvement. Hair and nails are starting to see improvements. Yes, the products aren’t the cheapest on the market but the ability to be able to function and be productive after a quality sleep is worth it.

Been in these three weeks and already my sleep is better and brain fog shifted

I was struggling with night sweats and kept googling what helps and was given 101 things as recommendations . A friend said she was struggling and started taking the golden pill so I ordered some and within the first 2 weeks my night sweats had stopped completely . It was such a relief to finally get a good nights sleep . I’ve since recommended to my sister who was suffering with mood swings and sleepless nights ( we are both in our late forties ) . I get mine on a monthly subscription and I couldn’t be without them . If you’re suffering with any form peri / menopausal symptoms do yourself a favour and just try the golden pill you will not regret .

I started taking the golden pill on march 25th so coming upto 4 weeks now, i have taken it daily. my main issues are my mood and night sweats id say the past week my nightsweats arent as servere but my moods are still up and down i dont sleep very well so lack of sleep/ interupted sleep doesnt help either ,looking forward to the next couple of months to see the real benefits,i am hopefull 😊

The collagen seems to be doing something, have noticed baby hairs coming through so will continue to take this product awaiting some skin changes.
The Golden pill I am so sad it contains Beetroot which can be high in oxalates and tough on a sensitive stomach it made a huge difference in some areas but caused bloating issues and other problems, I’ve now bought all of the ingredients it contains in 4 supplements so I can have them without beetroot:-(
The company are fabulous to deal with and it’s easy to change subcriptions.

Absolutely love the golden pill, I have less brain fog than before, more energy and feel I have my mojo back x always excellent customer service, orders arrive on time and never any issues x

Wow. The Elle Sera Collagen actually tastes nice and I was not expecting it to, it is unlike any other I have tried, well done for making this product enjoyable! The star for me though is the magnesium. I haven’t slept as well as I am doing currently, for over 5 years! Will be definitely be repurchasing. Also I am based in Australia so for the overseas girlies, it is worth the wait and postage!

I have been taking Magnesium for a while and notice a huge difference. I sleep better, feel better waking up and overall a positive feeling of well being. I got my husband taking them so ran out and didn’t have them for a few days, I noticed the difference!! Reordered quickly and wouldn’t be without them now.

I have been taking the Golden Pill for about a year shortly after entering the start of menopause. During this year I have not experienced any effects of menopause, in fact I feel like I’m living my best life 🤣 I started the magnesium, take 2 before bed and can feel my body relax about 20 minutes after taking them. To be honest I have never had an issue sleeping.
Then I started taking the collagen. I’m a 50 something so clearly have all the signs of those years but my hair is thicker, with more new growth. My limbs are not as achy. My eyes are brighter.
So that’s the products then move on to the customer service. The amazing Kelly! Super, super helpful when I had an issue with my order when the collagen was first released for sale. Voice messaging on her way to work and keen to resolve the issue.
