Great service. They processed my exchange and now I have the right size blouse.

Terrible customer service. I requested an exchange for an item as it was too small. They held onto it in their warehouse for almost a month before claiming it was “damaged” & refused to exchange. I don’t return damaged items. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. They will steal it.

The product is just as soft and comfortable as advertised. The style and fit are extremely beautiful and flattering. I will purchase another outfit!

Sizing is frustrating though as it does not seem to be consistent. I bought a lot of E&C tops in a specific size in the past with no issues but one of my recent purchase in the same size was way too small.

I am definitely ordering again. High quality, comfy , elegant stay at home clothes. My husband is a fan. My friends are asking for website. Worth the cost!!!

Elizabeth and Clarke strives to create excellent products and be adaptable to their customer's needs. In the past, their quality hasn't been consistent. They have responsive customer services via email and they are quick to make things right if anything is not up to snuff - For example, I was missing a shirt from my order and they quickly sent a new one with overnight shipping. I would recommend them and look forward to continuing to support Elizabeth & Clarke's clothing innovation and see how they continue to improve as a company and a brand that has potential for quality clothes.

The t-shirt is soft and good quality, but I expected it to be more tailored for the female form to be more flattering. V neck not very deep. Took a while to arrive. I am looking forward though to receiving my "work pajamas" in April though. That's genius. We'll see.

for the price point, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality. The sweaters are peeling and I've only worn them a handful of times.

The tops I have bought are beautiful, practical and boxed nicely. the website is easy to navigate and purchase through. I have tried to communicate with the company through their email in the past and I've never gotten a response. I'm not talking about replying to the order confirmation email but the one listed at the bottom of their site. That was a couple of years ago and maybe they have improved communication.

Most of the clothes did it fit and I had to return. Some pieces too snug and others way too big
The shirt I kept is super wrinkled all the time and already stained. Also my under pieces (bra) shows thru. This is not as advertised

I got a size too big for my frame, so I exchanged for a smaller size, but when I tried the outfit on (The Cora) it felt so fantastic and luxurious on my skin! The exchange process was smooth and the customer service was responsive and considerate! Highly recommend!

I agree with other reviewers that this is a shady company. I recently cancelled my $330 subscription. They bill in September and don’t send the merchandise for months. I asked to cancel and they did, however now I have a stupid credit to use. This is incredulous. Instead of telling me to keep my subscription in place, they cancelled it and now I have to spend the money there anyways. Also, when you try to return something, they hide the refund button so if you don’t know how to find it, you will be stuck with a credit or an exchange. I have had six clothing subscriptions. This is by far the worst and the most expensive. Beware of the fine print and their sneaky ways.

In a market where there are so many options like Elizabeth & Clarke, it's hard to imagine a company having customer service this terrible.

I purchased several items from them a while back – I didn't sign up for the subscription, as I wanted to inspect the quality of the items. While the items were very nice in terms of quality, their return policy is atrocious.

I needed to return several items, among them a white shirt that was $60+. E&C emailed me to tell me that they wouldn't refund me for the shirt because there was a small stain on it.

When I try on clothing, I am meticulous. I wear no makeup and I place it immediately back into the bag and the box to return it. So if there was a stain on the shirt, it either happened before it was sent or sometime during the shipping process.

When I tried to explain this to the CS representative, they were, candidly, rude.

According to a 2017 American Express study, 33% of customers won't return to a company after just one bad CS experience, and I certainly won't be giving E&C another chance unless they really make it clear that they treat customers well.

The subscription box nightmare that goes on and on for years! It's an endless money sucking cycle with this company. They bill you three months before you get the item. Then you go to cancel and they will only give you a credit. But there's the catch, if you cancel so that you aren't billed anymore you can't use your credit because your box won't ship. So you keep your account open to get what you've paid for and then the billing cycle starts over. This is insane. Hopefully I will remember I'm the week time span after box ships and before I'm billed again to cancel or they will have me for another $60. I do not recommend this company.

Fantastic quality for the price! Customer service is so helpful and really seems to care about their customers.

This company is extremely shady. I signed up for their seasonal box through Groupon. Little did I know that they charge you 3 months before the seasonal boxes go out. That is right! For 3 months they will hold your money hostage without actually sending you a product. They will also refuse to refund you and will credit it to your account on their website so no matter what you try to do you will not get that money back even though they sent you 0 product yet.
