Elixir were extremely helpful with both the design and choosing our bathroom, offering great advice in the showroom without any sales pressure. We visited many bathroom companies, and while Elixir weren’t the cheapest by far, they offered more bespoke fitting and solutions and gave us the most confidence. They were very patient with us while we took our time and made several visits. They were also happy to offer suggestions and came up with clever, problem-solving design ideas, while still being open to us incorporating our own. The fixtures and fittings are of excellent quality, and the fitting team were great, polite, friendly, and helpful. We did have a couple of minor snags, but these were promptly resolved. The bathroom was completed on time and still looks amazing after half a year since fitting.

We are so pleased that we found Elixir at the beginning of our new bathroom journey. We had general ideas but with expert help from Phil, who has impressive knowledge and Tom who created the computer design, we saw our perfect bathroom take shape. Elixir build a bathroom rather than simply fitting it, our new bathroom is completely personal to us and it includes built in cupboard space and all the extra details we asked for.
The build went very smoothly and took just two weeks from start to finish. The team are all lovely people, used to working together and highly skilled. We thank Chris, Steve, Sam, Darren, Guy and Gav, it was a pleasure to meet you all. You produced a beautiful bathroom for us to enjoy.

Really glad we visited this gem of a company in Lincoln. Excellent advice, excellent service, speedy arrival of products. Nothing was too much trouble and most of all Phil listened to what we wanted to create and helped us attain our vision.

So pleased (and relieved) that we finally found and chose Elixir to design and build our new bathroom after months of searching. The service provided from the initial design through to final completion was outstanding. Prior to our initial meeting with Elixir we were pretty set on a specific design idea. However Phil encouraged us to think more creatively and he produced an amazing design that transformed and modernized our bathroom, maximised the space within and gave it that luxury look and feel. All of the fitters - plumber, joiner, electrician and tiler were utterly professional, reliable, friendly, respectful and the quality of their workmanship was outstanding. We would not hesitate to use any of them again in the future should the occasion arise. On completion of the bathroom we received a bouquet of flowers from the Elixir team - what a lovely, thoughtful gesture which was much appreciated! In summary we have received a first class service resulting in an amazing end product and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you Elixir! 😁

After visiting a few bathroom showrooms, a friend recommended Elixir to us as she had used them previously. We were promptly greeted by Phil, the owner, who is clearly very passionate about what he does and knows the industry inside out. While his products are not the cheapest, they are high quality and if you can afford it, they're worth the extra cost. Phil will guide you with your choices and provide help if needed without being remotely pushy as some salesman can be. A hassle free experience. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Rang Elixir to ask if they could help with our broken click clack basin waste/plug hole. The guy on the phone was really helpful said to pop in with our old one and he'd see if he could find us a replacement. We called into the showroom half an hour later and we were sorted out straight away by him, no hassle at all. Great service & a reasonable price. Thank you.

If I could give 6 stars I would!! The total experience from popping in to look for bathroom ideas, going through the design process, finalising fixtures and fittings etc. to the bathroom being fitted was an unbelievably smooth process. We particularly liked the CAD presentation where your designed bathroom is viewable in 3D as opposed to just looking at a scaled drawing on a piece of paper. This helped us visualise things better and tweak fixtures which would suit our needs better. We haven't had a lot of experience with major renovations before, so didn't really know what to expect. We were given a schedule as to which tradesmen were coming and when - each one being on time, very pleasant and hard working. The first job done was plastic sheeting placed on all carpets to prevent transfer, they cleaned up before leaving our home and most importantly for me kept us involved in the whole process making sure the faucets were at our optimum height, the free-standing bath exactly where we wanted it etc. Even the tiler gave us a design option that we hadn't thought of!! We have had a couple of snags as you would expect in a bathroom overhaul, but a quick e-mail or phone call to Elixir has had the problem sorted within a couple of days. In summary, I am totally thrilled with the bathroom, more than pleased with the service we have received from Phil and his team at Elixir Bathrooms and will look forward to using them again for an en-suite renovation.

Elixir renovated a family bathroom and two washrooms for us, and we have come out at the other end of the extensive project well satisfied with the result. The teamwork and efficiency of the personable Elixir contractors impressed us.

Having decided on a complete refit of our shower room. Elixir gave us an absolutely fabulous experience, from talking through our plans & budget to choosing our fixtures and fittings. All the staff were on hand for help and advice all the way through, nothing was too much trouble. High end quality goods which matched the professionalism of the company, will definitely be revisiting for our bathroom project.

Recently had a problem with my shower head and shower slider. I had purchased from Elixir bathrooms Lincoln 6 years ago. I went in to the shop with a photo of issue. Within 48 hours I received a message to say my items had arrived. Both items supplied with no charge. Fantastic service.

Doing a bathroom? If you are in the vicinity of Lincoln it’s usually worth a visit. Good selection of room sets at great prices - and the owner who is very knowledgeable and helpful with his advice. Would recommend a visit.

We have just fitted our second bathroom after using Elixir a couple of years ago. The reason for the customer loyalty? Simple answer: Phil who works there. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly, we have found he goes above and beyond in ensuring his customers are catered for well and enjoy first class customer service. Don't go on line.
