I had a smooth and comfortable airport transfer with Elite London Rides. The driver was punctual, the vehicle was clean, and the journey was pleasant, which made travelling with luggage stress-free.

One area for improvement would be earlier confirmation or notification, especially for early-morning pick-ups, to provide extra reassurance. Overall, a reliable service and a good experience.

BE AWARE airport taxi transfers us this company as booking partners (no idea why given the awful ratings and incompetent staff). they arrived 45 mins late for an international flight I booked with them. No apology, no refund, ignoring my emails. I am taking them to court and I hope this company is closed down for good. If wondering why I had not booked another cab, the 1st call, the driver lied about being 10 mins late, I still tried for an uber but not available.

I booked a taxi through Airport Taxi Transfers, who took payment upfront and then passed the job to Elite London Rides without informing me. Although I provided my flight arrival time and received confirmation that my pick-up would be 30 minutes after landing, the driver (who was perfectly pleasant) arrived an hour before the scheduled time. Elite London Rides then started the waiting-time clock from his early arrival.

Because my luggage took longer than expected, they claimed I had exceeded their limit by five minutes—even though I met the driver exactly at the confirmed pick-up time—and insisted I pay extra. When I refused, explaining that the driver had simply arrived far too early, they were rude, argumentative, and eventually hung up on me.

Overall, an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Punctual Driver, Car was comfortable & clean

I had made a taxi booking with 'Airport Taxi Transfers' who took my money in advance and then farmed out the 'service' (or the lack of it) to unscrupulous and dodgy providers 'ELITE LONDON RIDES' ! I had booked a taxi to pick up my elderly relatives and myself at London Heathrow Airport for 7 pm. The taxi didn't turn up and so I called the number provided who said they'll put me in touch with the driver. When the driver eventually called, he said he would be there in 20 minutes which in itself was unacceptable. He barely spoke any English and didn't even know where the 'Arrivals' of the Airport was ! He was rude and dismissive to my objections. Obviously he didn't turn up at the promised time. He was most likely an illegal driver who had apparently taken another ride and made us wait helplessly. In the next 1.5 hours, I made over a dozen calls to both the 'service provider' and the driver and each time they literally lied to me and said he will be there in 5-10 minutes. The 'operators' at the service provider also barely spoke English and all sounded like they has just arrived in the UK and were unfamiliar with the British culture, the way to communicate and lacked any professionalism whatsoever. A male operator kept addressing me as 'dear' and then started blaming me !! This whole experience of being lied to and not knowing when the taxi is going to come if at all was not only frustrating to me but very distressing for my elderly mother who after a long flight had to wait for 2 hours. Finally the driver came just before 9 pm and then refused to pick us up and ditched us late in the evening on a Sunday ! I had to go and get a London black cab in the taxi rank at 9 pm. I am not even sure if these people are licenced or regulated in any way by TFL. Eventually after a lot of effort, emails, calls and co-ordinating with various entities, Airport Taxi Transfer gave me a refund of my fare but no compensation for the distress caused. They basically just don't care about you and are worse than some third world taxi service. Please be warned and do not book them ever. Don't be fooled by their website with stock images of cars and promises of service etc.It's all fake. I am going to formally complain to TFL as well.

We arrived on 8/9 at Heathrow and waited 2 hours but the driver never turned up. no contact from the company. i called to get an update several times and was told that an arrival time for the driver could not be given. After many unanswered messages and phone calls with Haider and other staff, Haider advised that service could not be promised. i then requested a refund. Today is the 17/9 but no contact has been made by the company and no refund issued. i believe taking money and not delivering the service is cheating the customer. i receive no response to the many whatsapp messages i have sent. i am hoping you will do the right thing and refund asap. Nothing Elite about Elite transfer services!!!

I prepaid and pre booked this transfer. We waited for 2 hours at the Heathrow airport. The Driver was a no show. No apology from the company. No return messages to advise arrival time. Initially quoted 10 min but nobody arrived for 2 hours. Eventually said that they cannot guarantee someone can pick up in time. Promised they will refund. After 10 days and several more messages, no response and NO Refund!!! Totally cheated. DO NOT BOOK. Nothing Elite about this company!!!!

No child car seat on either journey despite me booking this and sending a reminder yesterday for the return journey,
Driver arrived over half an hour late,
Driver did not apologise
Driver asked us to pay the car park fee on top of the payment we had already made
When we said no- he shouted at us, told us to get out of the car and that we should be respectful to him.
Manager ignored our request to discuss this.
Overall, the quality of service has been utterly shocking.

Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and top quality taxi service. The driver was punctual and the vehicle was clean and comfortable.
