Was given a call back every time. The company they hired to fix issue was friendly and very well rated. The only issue I had was it took way too long to know when someone would be coming out. I was told 24 to 72 hrs before I would have an answer. I was contacted with an answer at 86 hours if I am not mistaken. Friendly company though

my furnace wasnt keeping correct temp had it set at 70 only registered 60 calledElite and they got someone to come right away i gave them the name of a company that comes and cleans my furnace and they got them to come and fix it

Brandon was amazing as usual. We have 6 properties with Elite and they always take great care of us. Hands down the best warranty company out there.

Second time having to use my warranty and just like the first time exceptional service from beginning to end!

My agent was upfront and honest of how much will be paid for my old appliances and systems, every other company I spoke to told me a higher amount than what the fine print said.
Also, their annual pricing is very competitive. And they have the lowest service copay amount of any provider I spoke to, and they guarantee the service for 90 days without a new copayment, (most other companies is only 30 days.)
They seem to be the most credible and honest and best customer service company based on their online ratings on sites such as consumeraffairs.com and bbb.org.
This company seems like they will do whatever necessary to make their customers happy.

Today I was searching the web for a new home warranty company. After researching many companies; came across Elite home warranty. Had a conversation with Nir, he answered all my questions and concerns. He was professional, knowledgeable and concerning. He made my decision to try this company very easy. Elite is the third warranty company I’ve tried and in my first month I am so happy with my experience. They have consistently gotten techs scheduled for the next day which is much faster than other companies. Brandon has been incredibly helpful and it has been so great having a real live person to text and call directly. My service call was a bit complicated due to multiple issues with a single appliance and Brandon provided outstanding help and customer service.

It's probably to early to tell but so far we are happy with our choice. We chose Elite on the recommendation of the owner and several real estate agents who work with her at her agency. After her recommendation we looked up reviews on Elite along with the BBB ratings and we were quite impressed.

Your representative Nir handled all of our questions and concerns flawlessly. Turns out you were higher priced than 2 others that we were talking to but based on your reviews, ratings and our dealings with Nir we choose Elite.

We sincerely hope both us and your company do well with our choice.

After a couple of follow-up inquiries from Nir from Elite, I wasn't ready to sign up for a contract just then. I told Nir that I would call him when I was ready. Nir remembered me and was very polite when I just called him. He was very friendly and helpful. Left me with a good impression of the company.

Nicest people ever! This company really cares about its customers and technicians. They try to help out no matter what the situation. It is nice to have a policy with a company that really wants to help and not take my money.
