If I could give no stars I would. Completely unprofessional company with unskilled people, with the worst communication skills, from rude customer services people to surveyors who randomly go missing and neither you or Elite know where they are while you are left sat at home waiting to find out if they will bother to turn up! Avoid and find a more professional, reliable business

They're called Elite for a reason
Super friendly and professional team to work with - the best in their field!
Shocking customer service
Took out a 5 yr contract with them in 2018/19, which came to an end 08-08-2023. I was billed for the whole of August, which I flagged to them and asked them to confirm the account had been closed and that I would be reimbursed. I was told that even though the contract had ended, it didn't automatically end the contract- not sure why you have a contract if it doesn't end when it says it will end. I now have to pay for an extra month as I have to give 30 days notice. I would have expected that Elite would phone/contact me and advise that the contract was due to end but nope, nothing. A conversation about early termination back in 2021 was what Elite said was the point that they advised me of the contract ending in 2023, a full 18 months early.
Cancelled the direct debit given they seem to think it's ok to help themselves without warning and will be considering my options with the outstanding bill still due for the 9 days extra they are making me pay.
Awful awful company that I would never use again and will make it my mission to advise everyone I know not to use them. PICK ANYONE ELSE.

9 Months to port our numbers
Elite was the company that took over our original provider. We have been trying to cancel our contracts with them since June 2022 of last year (it is now May 2023). Having had it confirmed in writing that our contracts have been ended in March 2023 and that we are due a credit to be returned to us their billing department is still sending monthly invoices. It should not take 9 months to have 3 numbers ported elsewhere; however, this is the case with Elite.
Even 11 months after leaving
Even 11 months after leaving, ( which took almost a year of many emails, and misinformation and many different answers to the same question ) they are still causing us problems.
I wish we had never heard of them
Shocking
Moving to this company has made the top 5 worst decisions I have made as a business owner.

Very slow to deal with.
Elitegroup have failed on several occasions to provide a reasonable level of service when dealing with issues that caused my business financial loss due to loss of connectivity.
I've since taken my business elsewhere.
Staff and Customer first
This is a review as an employee of Elite Group.
I have now worked here for 15 months. The decision to move to Elite was a very easy one. Having worked for a major UK and global IT / telecoms provider and all of the bureaucracy and red tape that comes with that it was refreshing to move to an organisation that's flexible, listens both to staff and customers and puts those people first.
The motto that sold Elite to me was that we look after our staff first, who will in turn look after our customers who will then look after our investors. Its that order of priority that makes the place great to work at. Through the pandemic when other businesses were quick to get rid of good staff to protect the bottom line, Elite were quick to look after and recruit more good staff looking at the long term.
In spite of the smaller size of Elite, we have equal capability from a product perspective but managed and delivered by a close knit team who take pride in what they do and care about their customers.
As a result of this we have some of the most well known businesses as customers and have a very exciting growth strategy for the future.
Would highly recommend Elite both to perspective employees and customers alike.
Beware
Rented a business line for £6 month on a year auto renew contract - when I cancelled this after 3 years - the termination fee was £120 which is 20 x the monthly rental - I have not paid this out of principal and await with interest the court hearing - buyers beware
Elite incompetence Do Not Use
Having been a customer for over 2 years, when we did need Elite, they were a disgrace.
8 days without internet connection with a series of initially patronising responses which resulted in a £150 independent IT check BEFORE they would call an engineer.
4 days later the bookedBT Open Reach engineer didn’t turn up. Then.... Elite said “ yes apparently there is a line fault “.
Day 8 and after contacting Ofcom it was coincidentally fixed. After 2 emails and several calls we were promised a call to follow up. Yep, no call
Incompetent charlatans. Do not use Elite !
