Absolute joke of a company and if I could give zero stars I would. Nothing has went right...from the very first appointment 3 years ago until present date I've been messed around.
At present I have a boiler not fitted correctly and have had several appointments cancelled on the day saying staff were sick. I've also had to contact the company to find this out and have missed numerous days off work. Im currently left without heating over Christmas now and allegedly a engineer is due out on 30th. I wont hold my breath.
The company have never came out when they were scheduled to and left me for weeks at a time without heating, once my boiler was fitted it was just pure luck a few months later that I was getting work done on my roof and the roofer noticed the flue hadn't been connected!
The engineer also hadn't flushed my radiators and when a plumber connected new valves to my radiators a slurry of old water was drained which had incidentally been pumping through my new boiler that should have been flushed through.
My boiler isn't fitted to the manufacturer's guidance and is currently condemned including the co2 reading showing as high.
Ive been constantly messed around and I'm at a loss as what to do.
Company shouldn't still be in business and maybe they wouldn't be if my roofer hadn't found the flue as they'd be looking at a negligent death.

Eon put me onto Elite Energy and within…
Eon put me onto Elite Energy and within a week I had a new boiler installed. The two men put plastic sheeting from door to the room and did a great job in the best time. We was given a thermostat monitor and talked through it. Hope to use them again for insulation.

I have been in contact with you thrice about the electric cable in the kitchen from the extractor fan hanging off the wall and have not had any thing done. I would like something done about this as soon as possible please.

I contacted Elite on behalf of my sister. From start to finish they were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. There was one slight issue meaning my sister didn’t have heat or hot water for 2-3 days but Elite even sourced heating until they arranged a replacement boiler. Thanks to James and Jess S for sorting everything out for my sister.

The did work on the property under a government grant I am a tenant in and cowboys they sent to do work, destroyed my personnel property and Elite had no issue with this. They didn't care about the Property or the fact I'm neurodivse. Elite energy don't care about vulnerable people.

Absolute sham of a company with sub…
Absolute sham of a company with sub contractors who shoddy workmanship damaged my laminate flooring made a mess off my kitchen I had boiler and solar panels installed by them broke down 3 times and only on the 27/10 I find out from there engineer the whole insulation is incorrect I have been without heating and hot water for over 3 weeks with kids and an elderly mother in law yet none of engineers have a clue what’s wrong asked to speak to a manager no one’s in the office to speak to me conveniently this company is a scam they should be avoided at all cost the sub contractors have not got a clue with what’s going on

Just avoid
communication between us and yourselves broke down after around 6 months of back and forth but after some time thinking and the more I look at other installs you have done I really feel like I’ve been let down massively, the heat pump itself struggles in the winter to get the house to 20 degrees last year it failed to do it’s auto defrost cycles causing the unit to completely freeze up, after I phoned tranco they informed me how to do a forced defrost
The pipe work honestly looks like a moonshine distillery, the insulation out side is poor with gaps of up to 6 inches in places.
The pump randomly starts up by itself when there is no demand this has been coding over £1 during the night per day might not sound like much but over the course of the install it’s well over £600 for nothing
The instructions I was left with after the install was some scribbles on one side of a price of a4 paper I honestly don’t think the pump has been set up correctly from the start the install was done approx two years ago and from the date of installation communication has been absolutely dreadful

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you feel let down, and we completely understand your concerns. As discussed with our customer care team, during our last visit your heat pump was operating correctly and the installation met all regulations at the time — including full insulation of the external pipework.
You should have received a full handover pack via email when the installation was completed. If you no longer have access to this, please get in touch and we can resend it.
It’s normal for the unit to run at night to maintain pressures and perform frost protection cycles, though if it seems to be running more often than expected, we’d recommend reviewing the settings or speaking with the manufacturer for advice.
Also, since your installation was completed over two years ago, the regulations and standards have been updated. It’s natural that newer systems may look a little different, but please be assured that yours was installed fully to regulation at the time.

Had a surveyor booked and did not turn up. Different staff giving contradicting information, rescheduled a call and got a confirmation and no one called. I would avoid this company

From first contact to survey to instalation, first class all the way. All of the staff are friendly and the boiler is fabulous. Before Elite helped I had no hot water for weeks and this has truly been awful. Thanks Elite for arranging this so quickly and doing such an amazing job. Truly grateful.

Boiler installed at weekend and no heating now

Turns out the filter valve was left closed on installation hence why heating stopped working.
Had the boiler installed at weekend and the person installing was great however heating is no longer working and when calling customer service they advise to speak to warranty people who also advise can't do anything so currently stuck without heating.
