Elite Cruises Anmeldelser

So easy and fuss free. We simply provided a brief and Francsca and Stacy did the rest. No hard sell no overload of information to make your head spin just excellent customer knowledge and service. Can highly recommend!!

Francesca is truly magnificent! She is efficient, knowledgeable and we wouldn’t book a cruise with anyone else. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

Francesca is amazing! She has booked 4 cruises for us now and always finds us the best deal. She goes above and beyond when there have been any issues and is able to directly deal with the cruise company for us to ensure we have a stress free holiday.

We might not be Francesca's usual clients as we are a young family looking at family friendly cruises but this doesn't hinder Francesca and she has been able to request everything we need to take our 6 month old baby on board for a stress free holiday.

I wouldn't consider booking with anyone else. Francesca is always at the end of the phone to answer any questions.

Thank you Francesca and we look forward to many more cruises in the future!

Francesca was very friendly, professional, efficient and helpful. Highly recommend using Francesca for any cruise / holiday booking.

Francesca’s experience knowledge and close and respected relationship with the major up-market cruise lines ensures a personal and much appreciated service which in this age is unusual. We have enjoyed Francesca’s personal service for over 20 years and have with every confidence recommend her to many friends and family.

Always helpful, always contactable a truly professional service delivered with a sensitivity to each client's needs as an individual. Nothing was too much trouble I would highly recommend

Fantastic advice when choosing our river cruise. Exceptional help to book trips when phone waiting times was hours. This company went above and beyond our expectations to make our holiday special. We trust them so much we have booked again through them.

Excellent advice and communication, with a wealth of experience in the Cruise Industry.

We met Francesca on a cruise and were so impressed by her and her knowledge of cruising we booked our next cruise through her company, and every cruise since. Francesca and her team give personal service, are always friendly and helpful and are quick to respond, they make booking a cruise so easy. I highly recommend.

We have used many travel agents in the past but it is great to have such personal and professional advice from Elite cruises. Francesca does a fantastic job and her response time to any queries is very quick, always friendly and helpful. We would certainly recommend the company.

Francesca at Elite Cruises is proactive and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always “ on the ball “. She has very wide knowledge of the cruise industry and the various lines and regularly reports opportunities and deals which she knows might allele to us. Francesca is warm, friendly and basically a star.

Francesca and her team makes the difference. When booking my trip Francesca was able to walk us through every step and of the process and what to expect and provide personal experiences of the many cruises she has experienced herself. It was great to know that the amazing wealth of knowledge helped support some of the decisions we were making. Francesca has organised a number of trips for us including our honeymoon which was amazing. I wouldn't use any other Cruise consultant she just goes that extra mile every time!!

First class service, unrivalled knowledge & experience. Look no further, all your holiday dreams will be delivered by Elite cruises.

We have always booked our cruise holidays through Francesca as she has much greater knowledge, experience and honesty about the cruise industry than almost any other booking option. She has offered invaluable advice and we have never had a bad cruise.

Working in the sales department for a luxury cruise line, I have worked alongside Francesca on a number of enquiries, resulting in numerous luxury cruise holidays being booked for her clients. Francesca has always been extremely professional and clearly puts her clients first. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in anyone wanting help booking their next dream holiday with Francesca and Elite Cruises.

Francesca is exceptionally knowledgeable about all aspects of cruising and can always be relied upon to answer any questions with lightning-quick response times! We have been on many cruises thanks to Francesca’s excellent assistance and have two more in the diary already. In particular Francesca has an in-depth knowledge of the multiplicity of deals within the cruise industry and has saved us money many times, finding discounts and benefits buried in the small-print of Silversea’s and Seabourn’s terms and conditions. As a result Francesca is our go-to travel agent for all cruises.

Elite Cruises have always been most helpful in helping us decide which cruise would best suit us. No matter what queries we might have prior to embarkation they have always been at the end of a phone.

Francesca has arranged quite a few cruises for us and has always provided an efficient personal and friendly service despite a very difficult time for the travel industry. We have always been confident that she will get us the best deal. We will continue to use her and would recommend her to everyone and wish her well in the future.

Am yet to be fortunate enough to go on a cruise but have become firm friends with the owner and she has always proved a delight to deal with! Her knowledge and experience are priceless and set her far and above the rest in her field. She has a real passion for her work, nothing is ever too much trouble and I look forward to making my first booking soon. I have a feeling it will be the first of many!!

I’ve have been working with Francesca for the last 10 years since I joined Silversea. Over the years we have developed an excellent working relationship as well as a lovely friendship. She is a strong minded lady who’s not afraid to speak her mind and can be truly pain sometimes. However I have to say, I have not met many travel agents like her. She fights for her clients and makes sure she phones/emails us as many times as necessary to get the best deal and best service for her clients. She knows our product often better than I do and has an overall impressive knowledge of the industry and is a quick thinker.
I have met some of Francesca's clients onboard Silversea ships and at events, and all I’ve heard is how good and caring agent she is … and an excellent Gin connoisseur if I may add :-)
I would trust her with my money and my booking at any time, highly recommended.
