Elite Tiles LTD Anmeldelser

Good product. Free postage would stand you out from the crowd better.

Only wanted a tube of silicone, but the colour had been discontinued. Elite Tiles had 1 left and it was dispatched quickly. Thanks.

Always excellent service and beyond helpful, we always go there first as so good .

Prompt delivery and good cutomer service.

I recently purchased wall and floor tiles for my bathroom from Elite Tiles, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The quality of the tiles is fantastic, and I love the fact that I could choose the same range for both the floor and the walls, with the floor tiles in a sleek matte finish and the wall tiles in a glossy style. It gives my bathroom a beautiful and coordinated look.

The staff at Elite Tiles were helpful and friendly throughout the process, guiding me in selecting the perfect tiles for my project. The delivery was speedy, and the price was great, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

I had absolutely no notification that my tiles were being delivered. In spite of being asked to put them in the garden/shed, the delivery company refused and just dropped the pallet outside a neighbour's garage in the middle of the road. It is illegal not to have a licence for a skip so why should I risk a heavy fine for the incompetence of a delivery company who can't notify delivery or deliver properly. Absolutely disgraceful delivery service and they were expensive tiles so to leave them exposed to theft is just irresponsible.

I should add to this review to say that until the point of delivery, the customer service I received was spot on - I can't fault that at all - in fact it was excellent and the sample they sent to us was the best sized sample of any supplier. The time between order and delivery was excellent too. The delivery company let them down because they did not notify the day before that they were delivering and so I was at work.

I recently had an extremely satisfying experience at the Elite Tiles tile store. Their service is excellent and left me fully satisfied. The staff was friendly, helpful, and competent from the beginning. They offered me a wide selection of high-quality tiles, assisting me in finding the perfect solution for my needs.

I appreciated the professionalism of the staff, who responded clearly and concisely to all my questions and provided valuable advice on choosing the best tiles for my spaces. Their knowledge of the product and the latest trends in the industry was impressive.

The delivery was prompt and accurate, and the tiles arrived in perfect condition, without any damage or defects.

The quality of the tiles is exceptional: they are durable, easy to clean, and add a touch of elegance and style to the installed spaces.

I highly recommend Elite Tiles to anyone looking for quality products, impeccable service, and an overall positive experience. I was extremely satisfied and happy with my choice, and I will not hesitate to return to them for my future tiling projects.

I had a very specific request on tile choice which I could not find around
(But this guy’s did more than asked for)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting [Tile Shop Name], and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the showroom, I was greeted by a team of knowledgeable and friendly staff who were eager to assist me in finding the perfect tiles for my project.

Elite Tiles is hands down the best tiling shop in town. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional, and their selection of tiles is unparalleled. I recently had the pleasure of working with them on a restaurant renovation project, and I could not be more impressed with the quality of their work.

The staff at Elite Tiles were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing me with expert guidance on tile selection, design. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences and provided me with a variety of options to choose from.
If you're looking for a truly elite tiling experience, look no further than Elite Tiles!

Excellent service quick delivery and at a realistic price every other company I tried was much more expensive making the deal not worth it
Top marks for Elite Tiles

The quality of the tiles is amazing! Very happy with my purchase!

The best thing about this place was a guy called Iggy who served us. I would give him 5 stars.

The worst thing about this place is the owner, Jetmair, who unilaterally cancelled an order 2 days before delivery and thus meant we had to cancel our tile fitter which cost us time and delay.

The most unprofessional and rudest person I had the misfortune to transact with.

I suspect he could sell our tiles to someone else for more which is why he cancelled our order!

He thinks by refunding my deposit, he’s doing me a favour.

DO NOT SHOP HERE, unless your taking stock of delivery, as he’s liable to change his mind.

Probably the best quality Tiles in the U.K. market, minimal and posh. Highly-recommend!
