Bought this bag as a gift so welll made and beautifully packed this is my third purchase and so pleased every time

This is the third time I’ve purchased from Elie Beaumont. Ordering and delivery were very straightforward and the bag came beautifully packaged. The phone bag is so lovely and more roomy than I thought. Will be perfect for evenings out on holiday. Love the strong green colour and the glitzy strap. Very pleased with my purchase.

Initially I received a faulty bag that I had to send back - Elie Beamont were very quick to reply with an email with a link for a pre-paid label.
Subsequently I did send a few emails regarding the fault and asked them to confirm receipt of my return and enquired into when I could expect dispatch of my exchange/replacement. No response from EB. However, on giving it some thought perhaps I was slighlty impatient, and at this time of year becoming so very busy, the company are most likely overwhelmed! and so thought to myself perhaps it would be best to call instead.
I called the owner/director on the number I found through a little research and they were swift to pick up! - they were very friendly, patient (depsite being able to tell they were swamped) and were so very helpful. They confirmed they had received my return and emails, and were so pro-active in sending out the exchange on the very same day, which I received within 2 days - so speedy! I am absolutely thrilled with my replacement bag - thank you so much Elie Beamont team, I much appreciate yourselves talking to me regarding my enquiries and was lovely to hear a friendly and helpful voice over the phone. Reliability of the service which often goes above and beyond, and an excellent product. I love these tassel bags. Have just purchased the bronze and already have a black and blue, They are high quality and classy. The straps make them stand-out gorgeous!

i have placed 2 orders.. one was fine because i kept all items. the other i wanted to return half the order. i emailed they got back very quickly with a pre paid royal mail stamp. so far so good. they received the return on 3/7.. i have emailed a few times and have had no confirmation of return or refund. on the website it states that in most cases they’ll refund on day of receipt! what a joke. there is no phone number.. items returned were unused as i didn’t like the colour. i have now had to threaten them with my credit card company. utterly ridiculous and ruined what was otherwise a good experience. i hope this review kicks their backside into gear

Excellent customer service! They really went above and beyond to make sure I got my bag the very next day. Within an hour of speaking to them and placing my order they shipped my bag. I love it, thank you.

The bag I bought for a Christmas present for my daughter has broken the strap has snapped.
We have been told that as it’s over 6 months old they will not repair or replace !!!!
Don’t buy unless you want a throw away bag !
