Lovely range of products, lots of support to buy, less support after when things go wrong
Went to their showroom as wanted to stay local and mostly had a good purchasing experience. Lots of options and were able to buy with a view to return when we made some final decisions on install and that was a valuable option for us as seeing in situ can be so different and these things are not cheap!!
However, I would not come back for any custom work or cabinets. Drawings all signed off and agreed. Item arrives and stored until ready to install - our mistake to not unpack everything and remeasure but had trust they were built to spec and didn't want to scratch them as the work progressed. Came to install and it was too narrow for the recess. More than a reasonable margin of error - like nearly a centimetre too narrow so we now have gaps either side that are too big to fill, too small to do anything with! With an 8-week lead time, we could not get it all remade - this is our only bathroom. Elia / their cabinet maker was insistent it was """"as they do it"""" to allow for an overhang of the top - that was not on the drawings we signed off and from the start we advised it was to go into a recess. The quality is not great either - 18 months on and there are issues with the mirror and the drawer runners. Have approached Elia and on the surface helpful - but no substance to it - referring us to the 12 month warranty - when we have spent 1000s for custom. Leaves a bit of a bitter taste.
I would certainly return - but only for off the shelf items like taps, never for any custom work. (Note date is for the month - not sure precise date)
