Products are horrible and faulty, do not buy, waste of money!
I ordered four different 3600 puff rechargables earlier last month, and they stopped working properly the same month. Two of the four products developed a really bad flavor within the two weeks after delivery, I really don't know other disgusting flavor to describe them other than "moldy". The other two stopped working soon after, and they have a clear burned taste now.
I tried contacting the support, and I don't know if it's the chat service or them, but they kept closing my chats about the faulty products after I tried contacting them. They also tried to troubleshoot for the reason of my faulty products by asking where I've stored them, after which they closed my chat when I told them I've stored them on my shelf in room temperature with no direct sunlight inside the boxes they came in and with the small plastic caps.
I had to pretty much throw them away after not even using them for more than 2 weeks. 80€ wasted, shame. This is my second time having a bad experience with Elfbar marketers so I'll definitely move to another brand now.
