Was completely mis-sold. Got promised the world by the salesman Keith who sold it to me, after already being doubtful of these type of people.
So I said I would create my domain and google page which I was told not to it will be taken care of for me, little did I know they done this to keep a hold of you and to make moving difficult.
Countless back and forth email interactions to tell them pictures do not fit , pictures are fuzzy etc they just kept sending over complete dribble to get the second invoice paid with no care in the world.
I was also told that the website price was the price after I said I was not paying a penny more which was fine up until I was told I had to create my own website content as this was not included lol. So the £600 was supposed to be for a smooth easy quick website with content and SEO optimisation with a google business page. Spent months getting the below average website online and fixed. Had to create my own content. Had to finish the google business page as it was created terribly in minutes just to shut me up and my website is not to be found anywhere online. So overall terrible experience which I did to save me time but cost me loads in the long run. My website was live for two weeks but they would not let me gain access to my domain for work reasons so I spent even more time trying to move. So a 10month process or so to end up getting about two weeks of a bad website then moving on. Could have used fiverr for half the price and half the hassle with a good website and SEO optimisation. STAY AWAY!

Very bad service, they took my money but didn’t even get me 1 lead, then I called them and ( Agada) was her name I guess, she told me to pay for 2 years and then after that you might get a lead. I called Stacey my account manager more than 10 times for 3 weeks, also messaged her but she never answered.
I called Keith more than 10 times but no replies. They won’t even Answer. All I would say that it’s a fraud company. They only take your money.

I contacted this company late 2025. Their website purports to be professional & appears to be UK based.I required to have a professional services website to be created. What I got was far from that. It was apparent that I was dealing with sub-contractors who were not based in the UK.Having had experience of dealing with people whose English is not their native language previously, there’s a communication issue. In this instance also a competence issue about providing those services required. I’ve requested refund to my card provider upon two occasions previously. I’ve been ignored & have now requested chargeback by my card provider. I would recommend not to use this company. What they offer is not what received. I’d probably say that it’s verging upon a scam that provides services that it is not able to provide.

I'm having a terrible experience with the company. They were very attentive and responsive in the beginning when I wanted a website. I do not like my website at all. Due to the coding on Wordpress it's very difficult for me to fix it myself. I pay for monthly hosting and support but they either are slow to respond or ignore me completely. I'm very unhappy with the service.

Quick responses to questions and queries. Happy to change or add things that I thought of even if it was changing work that was already done.
