E-bike purchase
As from this date of this review I am still waiting for the bike. It’s been two weeks since the order,after numerous times off emails to find out when it’s arriving they can’t tell me only it’s on its way. The courier company has a app which is useless and the phone number provided doesn’t exist.
So only 1 star I was looking to purchase a second bike I will now go elsewhere. It would have been cheaper and quicker to order it from china myself.

Dear Gary, Firstly we'd like to apologise for the extended delivery time of your new bike. I'm glad that we were able to deliver it to you prior to your trip away. This delivery time we recognise is twice the 5-6 business days we aim for. As compensation we partially refunded your order by way of apology for the disappointment of not having your bike to ride sooner, and we hope that gesture helped. As you can see from our other reviews, this was an unfortunate anomaly in our service quality, and stemmed from an issue with the courier and their route scheduling. Nevertheless we're sorry that it was your order that it impacted. We strive to provide a streamlined and friction free experience for our customers, so if there's anything further that we can do to help change your opinion of us please don't hesitate to get back in touch. Excellent communication and a great bike. Very happy with the service from Elevated Cycles. The courier service they use is not the best with very limited communication but Jonathan did his best to sort it all out. Despite that I'd definitely use this company again.

Excellent service
I bought 2 cruiser's from Elevated Cycles they arrived in a week. But unfortunately my wife could not use her's as she was too short. So they kindly swapped it for a escape pro I just paid the extra. Now we are both enjoying riding the great bike's.

The experience from beginning to end was excellent, Customer Service is definitely 5 stars. Jonathan was so helpful and I can’t recommend this company highly enough, and by the way the Himiway Zebra EV bike matched all the good reviews of it on the internet.

My experience with this company was…
My experience with this company was great for a number of reasons. I ordered my new Cobra e bike back in March. Unfortunately the bike was not in stock and had to be ordered and shipped from their parent company in America. I was prepared to Waite and get the model I wanted. Jonathan, kept in regular contact with me about the progress of my shipment from America. I received emails every fortnight from the company, which was reassuring and put my mind at ease. I recently took possession of my new Cobra, which was dispatched straight away. This Company goes the extra mile to keep its customers informed and satisfied. Two words come to mind. Integrity and reliability. I can’t recommend this Company highly enough to anyone looking to source a quality Fat Tyre E Bike.

A super bike.
Received bike 17/03/2023, have done 434 miles, the bike is great to ride if you get the tyre pressure correct to your weight. The pedal assist is very good see bike manual to adjust to your preferred power and speed levels. Disappointed with 4mph throttle speed takes a bit of getting used to setting of from zero start. Elevated Cycles have been very efficient from ordering to delivery and sorting any minor problems out straight away.
