Absolutely beautiful sets! I had a small issue and it was resolved immediately!

The beautiful crystals were gorgeous and the glasses glistened in the light at my daughter's wedding, especially when we were toasting the couple!! I know that the glasses and knife set will be something they will keep forever and possibly pass down for generations! You all worked so hard to get them to me on time and you did an amazing job doing so! Thank you so very much!!

I ordered the complete set and boxes for our future daughter-in-law and Son. The end product is beautiful. The communication when confirming the font and expectations was a difficult and painful progress. I didn't get exactally what I wanted, but the end result worked out. The plate box for storage is not padded or lined, so I had to do that after receipt. The spelling on the knife and server was incorrect, however they corrected the issue promptly. The replacement knife detail wasn't glued correctly. Overall, I would purchase, just prepare yourself.
