Took $877 from me for a wood burning stove... same story-- they send you a tracking code, and it looks like it will arrive until one morning you check it and it comes up "FILE NOT FOUND" - No contact whatsoever as I tried email and phone... leave messages which will go unanswered. WHY CAN'T THE GOVERNMENT CLOSE DOWN THESE SITES!

DO NOT GIVE ANY OF YOUR MONEY TO THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY...THEY ARE THIEVES!!!
We ordered a pellet stove through Elegant Home USA on 4/9/26, and have been faithfully watching the shipping progress through the tracking information they provided. This has been going on for over 30 days, and every time we attempted contact, the "progress" would get updated. After multiple contact attempts, we have discovered like everyone else that this is clearly a fraudulent company, and they have STOLEN nearly $2,000 from us.

This company is a scam. They take money, never ship an item, never answer the phone or email.

Ordered 2 cal flame bbqs. Said they were shipped. Gave up to date tracking all the way to the city I live in. Then nothing. I have screen shots of everything they sent me until the links they sent me went dark. They charged me, took my money, and never delivered the product. Do not order from this company. It's a scam. It's to good to be true. They don't answer emails, calls, or online chats. You will never get a hold of anyone. Luckily my credit card company got the money back. I would give less stars if I could. I wouldn't give these con artist the sweat off my balls.

100% SCAM - took over $2,200 from me for a modern flame electric fireplace through Shopp . Actually did not mean to "one click buy" but did and immediately contacted company. Of course there is been ZERO response over the past 3 weeks. Unreal that payment processors allowed this. Filed a claim through my bank

Company accepted my order for an ice maker and beverage center. I received a tracking number that progressed until the delivery step, then the site shut down, no order arrived. No responses to voice mails or emails.

AVOID!!! Like others ordered item, tracking slowly moved along and then nothing. All links give error now.

Bullshit scam site. Ordered a wood stove. Fake tracking and all websites and courier links no longer work. Screw these people.

They charge your bank account as a "recurring payment". Freeze you card and have a new card issued.

This a total Scam. Do not order anything from them. Just loose more than $2500. I never received the product. I opened a case against this company.

Charged my credit card, was able to track package for a few days and then the site went down and no returns on emails and calls. Lost 1500 bucks to these poeple

They provide fake tracking numbers and then after a couple weeks the links stop working. No response to any communication now. Total scam site, beware.

We were a vendor for this company and they have started listing our products under what they would even pay for them. Customers are ordering and calling us because they aren't getting the products they ordered. Can't reach the company. They are taking people's money and not fulfilling the orders.

Placed an order for a $1600 Ice maker. Received tracking info for a few days and then NEVER updated. Left multiple emails, chats and phone messages with NO answers. Seems like a scam company with no recourse through them. Had to initiate a claim with my CC company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I have ordered an inverter from this site since April 15, 2026. I have received a tracking number that shows that the package was moving around, and all of a sudden, once i click on the tracking # it stated page not found.

Like others. I was scammed. Site looks legit, loads the pay through shopify. Ordered Fireplace. Couriertrackr.com moves shipment around and finally goes to status of "arrived at international airport to abroad". Calls/emails to Elegant Home go unanswered. SCAM. Disputed charges with CC company.

Scam site. Put a stove in my basket to see total cost, and the Shop Pay platform self checked me out and completed a purchase without me ever authorizing or choosing to do so. RUN AWAY is all I can say! I have since opened a dispute with the credit card issuer, and filed a complaint with the FBI cyberfraud division about their practices.

Verified scam site. Do not waste your time or money. I have reported the site to the FBI cyber crimes division and they have opened an investigation to try to locate the scum bags running the site.

Ordered a fireplace insert on 03/26/26. The site looks pretty legit, but what threw up a red flag was the tracking number on "couriertrackr.com". Very sketchy site. It updated the tracking periodically to look like its moving, but on 04/10/26 said it was "at airport to abroad" and was dated 04/11/26. I emailed Elegant Home USA and heard nothing. The fake tracking as of now says my order is at an airport of my delivery address. I do not have an airport. Filed a dispute with my card company, hope I get a refund.
