Fabulous service. Professional and friendly when originally installing my log burner and annual follow up servicing and chimney sweeping is excellent. My log burner is left looking better than brand new and gives me peace of mind. A brilliant company to deal with.

The service of two Gazco fireplaces installed by Elegant Fires and Design in our house a few years ago has always been done very efficiently and profesionally by very knowledgable and polite engeeniers. I found I had a dead bird in my chimney and asked Phil if he could come and remove it urgently. Phil fit me in quickly even though he was busy and it turned out to be a massive job as was blocked with old nests and 4 dead birds. Phil did an amazing job at removing everything and sweeping chimney after. He stayed until it was completed which took him much longer than expected due to size. The team was polite, friendly and tidy and did a great job. Thanks so much we will be using you again when we move house. Definitely recommend 👍🏼

Phil Rollings and his team at Elegant Fires have done a fantastic job converting a very old fashioned fireplace into a stylish and smart log burner and hearth. It was a difficult job due to the enormous size and weight of the stone mantel but the guys worked really hard to get into place and it looks fantastic.
