DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid $400 for their product, and it does not even work properly. Instead of getting a reliable product, I have been left dealing with constant issues and terrible customer service. I made repeated attempts to contact Elegant Electronix, was told to expect callbacks, and then received no response. Calls were sent straight to voicemail while my issue remained unresolved.
Meanwhile, my daughter cannot drive her car for more than eight minutes before it starts dying and malfunctioning. A serious matter like this should have been handled immediately, especially after paying $400, but instead I was met with delays and poor communication. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

Non-responsive. We’re apparently out of stock of something they accepted payment for then sat on it for a week and a half. Do not buy from here. They don’t know what they’re doing if they’re accepting orders for something they don’t have.
