Elegant Bricks Anmeldelser

Excellent - and very speedy - service! Always a good shopping experience - highly recommended

Fast and first class delivery! I ordered four different sets and after assembling the first I’m very happy with everything. Being a bit old fashion I guess I would have preferred a instruction booklet, but managed very well with the online instructions 😊

Really pleased with the light kit.First one we have bought and they are really good quality and look great when lit up at night.would highly recommend 5*.

Very pleased they came with in three days of ordering,1st class post no issues at all, every pleased with the service.Thank you.

Very good product, well packaged and excellent communication many thanks

I wanted some light bricks to go in a Lego VW T1 camper van and found many different types online. However, on reading reviews, I soon discovered that buying the cheapest was not necessarily cost effective. I soon discovered Elegant Bricks, who do a very wide range of light bricks for Lego builds, including bricks to attached the lights to the build. They seem to be of good quality, although I have not yet built the model and fitted the lights. The service was excellent and the price reasonable for the quality. They were dispatched quickly, with good communication, and were packaged very securely to avoid damage in the post. I have been very impressed with the service from Elegant Bricks and would certainly buy from them again if I want more lights for my models.

My original package order did not arrive, when I emailed to enquire they sent out a replacement the same day. The packaged arrived and it is excellent quality and I am really pleased with it.

I will be using the company again and will recommend them and their after sales service.

Excellent product, not cheap, but excellent quality and instructions

Hi yes
Not being Lego savvy I thought the whole lecgo and figures in the Pride range was what I was buying but imagine my surprise when it was only the lights but they refunded me straight away so good service.

I have bought quite a few lighting kits now from Elegant Bricks, and all been delivered on time and complete. Only had one component which was faulty and they replaced it within 2 days with no questions asked. Spoke to Oliver a couple of time's and always found him really helpful. Will continue to buy my kits from Elegant Bricks. Definitely 5 star.

quick delivery works & fit perfectly & have already ordered another lot of item from them.

The light kit for the Razor Crest is amazing the only issue was one of the LED’s was faulty . After 1 email a new one was promptly dispatched no questions asked. Great customer service I will definitely be returning for more kits 👍🏻

I’ve yet to make the lighting sets, but I have complete faith in the product. Oliver at EB has spent a lot of time corresponding with me before I made a purchase and I’ve now got 4 modular kits to try out, which is pretty exciting. The kits were packed very nicely and came very quickly.

Amazing customer service. Very helpful when I called up and when I ordered the items were delivered the next day with a surprise for my son.
The end result is amazing.
Thank you very much.

The Company welcomed me with a nice message making me feel like they cared.

The product arrived as promised beautifully packaged as promised.

Arrived a day earlier than expected, and was much cheaper than buying direct as shipping costs were much lower. Would recommend

Nice product which I thought would not be available in the UK and with free delivery. Excellent service with quick dispatch and delivery. I’m unlikely to use lights on my Lego sets but would certainly visit Elegant Bricks first.

Easy to order, easy to pay, sent quickly, great product
