The communication was excellent. I was notified on a constant basis of when my delivery was scheduled. On the day of delivery, I was notified on the day and 30 minutes before their arrival. Installation went great without any problems. I received the best customer Service. I like the way they operate.

I bought a speed queen washer and dryer. They were delivered and installed the next day. The two gentlemen delivered my appliances were so professional and quick. They didn’t waste a minute. They gave me time to clean the wall and floor before they moved the new ones in place. They were friendly and they knew exactly how to move things and not banging up the walls. The lady that sold them to me was very knowledgeable about the washing machines. She explained everything and told me exactly what I had read online ahead of my visit. She was honest and friendly!

Electric Stove Search
While I was searching for an Electric Stove, I never considered Electronic Express; I thought it was an automotive supplier. Was I SURPRISED to find that not only do they service/supply automotive products, but they also have kitchen appliances. I didn't know what type of stove I wanted, only that I needed one. The staff was eager to answer my questions and offer assistance while I decided on what would be best for our family. Top Notch Above the Rim and through the clouds, the service of this store!

Drove 85 miles to a store where I bought a polk soundbar open box online. Even called the store at River gate in Nashville on the 3rd of Dec and they told me they had it ready. I went to pick it up on a Saturday the 6th of Dec. They said sorry we made a mistake we don't have it. The manger said nothing he could do about it. Had to pay someone to watch my autistic son so I could drive almost 1.5 hours to pick it up. I left with nothing. It was a 600 dollar Polk soundbar on sale for 149.00. I was told it was a display item which I knew when I went to pick it up. I left with absolutely nothing. Very poor way to run a business. Do no list items you do not have in stock as advertised. Waiting for Monday for a district Manager to make a decision because the store manager could not reach him. Unacceptable!!!!

I bought a 65 inch Hisense TV on line on Nov 21 and received an email to pick up at your store near Rivergate mall in Madison. Order ID EEXP10015242.

When I went to the store to pick up, the manager said it's out of stock. He said I have to deal with online sales and he can't help me to resolve the mistake. He said there is an open box tv and I can pick up. I said I paid for new in box tv for a gift and open box should have extra discount. He said he is not allowed. I drove from far away and didn't have any choice but pick up the open box tv.

I received a call from your head office and returned the call but had to leave message. It's a week and no one returned the call. The worst experience. Never will buy again from Electronix Express.

Dylan Isbell was excellent and delivery went well right up until damage was found to have been done to the boxed unit that caused customer to refuse delivery. New delivery arrangements for following Friday. Delivery occurred and another damaged unit found. This delivery acceptable with price correction for customer. Mark this delivery driver was excellent no fault on delivery team. Again, Dylan Isbell most professional in every way, only suggestion would be that shipping warehouse should not subject electronic express customer to con sealed damage merchandise. Inspect product prior to delivery to stop having angry customer and added delivery costs.

They were very quick in their delivery and everything meant to my satisfaction.I have had nothing but good results from electronics express as of now

Bought a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer online. Was contacted immediately to schedule delivery. Driver was close to the time scheduled and super polite and careful with our new home. Washer and Dryer are installed and working well.

The salesperson was able to answer questions for me and help with a recommendation on products.

Everything was amazing from the online ordering to the drop off of the delivery. Setup was great by the technicians. Thanks so much for everything
