Reliable Delivery
I originally purchased a washer/dryer set from Home Depot. They never showed on the delivery day. I canceled the order with Home Depot and went to Electronic Express. They were very helpful and had an early delivery date available. The guys who delivered were professional and arrived on time. Will do future business here.

Thank you for the review. We are sorry about the lack of a box; we unbox large products, like appliances, to inspect them for damage before conducting the delivery.
Concerning paperwork, Manuals and warranty information are mostly digital today. I reached out to our customer service manager to get the model number of the product you ordered and I found the manual for you. I also included a link for registering your warranty.

greeted at the door and sales associate helped bring me right to the product I needed and was helpful in loading the part right into my vehicle. Great experience

I was greeted as soon as I entered. I told the young man I was just looking and he left me alone which I appreciated. Angela helped me with refrigerators. She measured several of them multiple times. She could pull them out into the floor like a body builder. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the fridges. She explained the financing program excellently. I will give Electronic Express all my appliance business from now on.

I feel like when tell the sales person that you are not interested in all the extras they try to push on you, that they should stop after the first time you tell them NO instead of keep asking you to buy this or that.
