This seemingly one man band sold me a faulty Main Board for my LG OLED TV, which cost me a great amount in engineers fees to have installed and further testing to prove that the Main Board was in fact Faulty/DOA; and NOT the Power Board, T-Con Board or even Panel.

I very politely requested that they send me another replacement board as a goodwill gesture to cover all of my out of pocket expenses, especially considering that we are a very low and ZERO income household.

Afterall, the actual cost of a reclaimed board would be nominal in comparison to what they're priced up to be, some are actually priced up to the same or very close to a Brand New board, in some cases more!!!

Sadly, Jedrzej Nidecki initially played the long game by repeatedly asking irrelevant questions to drag out for time. I had already provided him with great detail about what had been done to test and prove that the Main Board sent is in fact faulty.

It is my firm belief that the only reason why I received any response is because I managed to get a full refund from PayPal and they panicked. Otherwise, I believe like many others, all I would have got was Radio Silence.

Regardless, he then stopped responding all together, which is pretty much a reflection of all of the others who have largely had a negative experience.

So, almost 2 months later, I still don't have a working TV!!!

Despite the return of an electronic card validated by Royal Mail tracking, this company refused to give me a credit for the purchase price.
This company does not respond to emails or phone calls when it comes to complaints.
In short, they are thieves and receivers of stolen goods!!!!!

Avoid at all costs .............

After sales is non existent, I should have read the reviews beforehand. Item arrived ok but if you have any issues they just ignore all emails/calls even after repeated attempts. Order at your own risk.

Purchased a main board for a Samsung TV, arrived within 3 days of order, good condition and worked perfectly. Thank you

The contact details for Electromix listed here on Trustpilot are out of date. There are different details listed on the Electromix website but they do not appear to answer calls or respond to messages left via voicemail or email.

I was ordered motherboard for my Sony smart TV at December 30, and January 4 the parcel has arrived to Lithuania. When I have a questions to seeting up received PCB, ELECTROMIX

They are selling used parts. Some of them are not working. They're trying to avoid return and claiming I'm returning unwanted item. In fact, the item is faulty and not working. They have no return policy at all, which against the law.

Returned a motherboard in line with their returns policy, they have not refunded me and will not reply to emails or msgs, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I bought a power supply for my TV from Electromix, but the fault wasn't with the power supply. I sent the part back and requested a refund, which was acknowledge. The refund is still to be processed!!

After a day the audio was gone. I wrote to them reporting the problem, and a defect that occurs sporadically. After 2 days no response. I am bringing the stars from 4 to 3 for this lack of assistance.

bought a motherboard for the tv LG. It was shipped quickly but, due to customs, as the UK is a non-EU country, I received the package after 30 days, paying €19.95 tax on the €45 of the cost + €15 shipping cost.
The motherboard packaging consisted simply of a paper bag, and 1000 bubble wraps, which did not adequately protect the electronic circuitry. One corner of the card was bent, as if it had been dropped on the edge. Luckily the card still worked.

Ordered a T-Con board for my Sony TV. Part supplied ok but some confusion with postage costs. The company is difficult to communicate with but do offer parts that are difficult to get hold of.

Be aware this company.
I bought 2 pcb board for linsar tv. They were faulty and when I wanted to send them back they have not responded.
Very bad experience.

I followed the return policy, which says : "Before we can accept any return, we must be notified by email or telephone within 14 calendar days of order date. We will need your Order Number to be able to process your refund."
However they haven't responded

Was looking for a TV pcb board and found one pretty much straight away on their website very cheap. Didn't think it was real, but it arrived next day and it was exactly as described! Brilliant customer service, amazing value and fantastic next-day delivery options. Highly recommended 5⭐

Ordered a part for TV and no part received, contact phone numbers are offline and emails and messages not answered..
AVOID these scammers..
