Very happy with the service I have received from Electrochains.
I placed an order for a Nanrobot Lightning on a Wednesday evening and to my surprise - it was delivered to me by the Friday afternoon! That’s an exceptionally fast turn around, didn’t think I would receive the scooter until the following week but they were right on the ball, which is fantastic as I was very eager and excited to use my new toy.
I had a very minor issue regarding the “P settings” on the scooter but this was quickly resolved by the Electrochains after sales/support team who were very professional, thorough and fast to get this resolved.
My experience with this company has been 10/10 and I would recommend them to anyone considering purchasing an E bike or E scooter. Very polite to deal with too.
With a rapid delivery time to an excellent and efficient after sales support team, there really is nothing more you could hope for from a vendor.
Great scooter, great company, great support - great experience and total satisfaction, haven’t a bad word to say about Electrochains 👍👍
