The Electric Tobacconist UK Anmeldelser

I ordered liquids at 18.38 on Wednesday and recieved the goods at 9.30 on Thursday. You can’t get better than this! A great product at a really good price!

I order at 6:58pm, expecting to miss the next day delivery. Within minutes, I received an email saying it has been dispatched and within about another hour or so, it was with Royal Mail. Just received my order this morning. Great service! I'm so impressed with how quickly I've received my order. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Delivered to a previous address after I had updated my new address. When I complain, this is the response I received: "Thank you for getting back to us.

It appears as though you had placed your order and the original address on your account was used when checking out your order.

To ensure that this does not happen, we recommend double-checking your address when placing your order.

Often, these items will find their way back to our depot, at which point we will be happy to contact you to arrange complimentary re-delivery to the correct address. Sadly this is not a service we can guarantee."
Refunded through PayPal NOT these clowns

Very helpful and fast reply to my enquiry

I tried to place an order on their website these days, but the website went wrong after I paid 3 times. Now the bank has withheld 3 payments. I submitted an inquiry but still received no response.

Super fast delivery. Top notch.

This is my go to for vape liquid. Great choice, great prices and fast delivery.

Great vape juice! Ordered several times and they’re consistent with quality. Fast delivery times

Next day delivery, very reliable, couldn’t be happier with this company!

First time I've ordered from this company and wow what an experience. Not only did I get the fastest dispatch ever, their customer service skills are second to none.
I received my order and there was a sight issue (my fault). I contacted the company (on a Sunday afternoon) and received a reply the same day.
The issue was dealt with immediately and I was kept up to date via email regarding the progress of my return. I then received my replacement via 24H tracked RM.
I thanked the company and again received a response almost immediately.
I'm not sure if this is a small family firm or not but the way they run their business and their customer service is that of a small company who treats every customer individually and in a friendly professional way, just like customer service used to be many years ago.
Thank you ET you have restored my faith in online ordering:)
I will be ordering again and recommending you to everyone.

Great company. There is plenty of choice of products. Lots of offers and savings by buying in bundles. The delivery is excellent and the customer service is very efficient and helpful.
