Electric Love Anmeldelser

My purchase included a small charging cable, but I could not see a terminal on the vibrator to connect the cable????

Ordered twice from them. Both orders arrived promptly as promised on the website as well as being discreet. Can't complain at all. Excellent value for the quality of goods I received. Will happily buy again.

This company does not even deserve one star. They sent the wrong item, asked for a picture of what they had sent me and have consistently ignored my emails since then. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Product didnt work, emailed and and no help for return refund or offer for replacement

Fantastic service arrived really quickly thank you

Absolutely amazing company, came within 2 days! I messaged the instagram account to say thank you, they were so polite and friendly! I will be buying from them again! Thank you electric love

Product never came. Customer service messaged me back when I gave them 1 star on trust pilot. They said the parcel is on the way but I couldn't even track it. So I waited for my parcel almost 3 weeks and after that I gave up on it

Unfortunately there was a mix up regarding the delivery of my item. I had received an item i hadn't ordered. This was soon put to right because of the quick response from Elecric love. Thankyou .

I have sent email about the product and no reply up till date.

Order arrived reasonably quickly. 2 items shipped separately.

scamming website have tried to contact numerous times and have chose to be ignorant and not contact me back so im having to take it further!

Need to return goods no response.
Tried to phone unavailable number.
Emailed twice no response.

It isn’t long enough to reach clitoris if the main part is in the vagina. It needs to be longer and more flexible

Quick and easy to find and order

Well where do I start, no reply to my emails, the orders couldn't be delivered because for some reason the billing address and shipping was incorrect and I emailed about it straight away not even an hour after placing the order, paid extra for quick shipping which didn't happened. No one replied to my second email. So I'm left without the product and without my money and no reply so I wouldn't recommend.

No issues:)
Easy checkout on item.
Discreet packaging

The outfit I ordered arrived promptly. For the price I paid I was astounded by the quality and will definitely be ordering more in the future

Only half order delivered.
