Richard was so professional in his approach before, during and after carrying out his duty. He was polite and cheerful while interacting with me. He had a very professional and respectful demeanor. Brilliant service - 1st time user of this company and the electrician Richard who came out was awesome . Very professional , polite and informative.
Easy to arrange the emergency appointment for my mother in
Law . Able to track the electrician for convenience and peace of mind.
Good value for money considering this was an emergency weekend call out . Would recommend Richard to anyone, great job.
