It seems to be working to some degree, but the collar slips so the device is not even with my dog’s throat. I think it’s
because the weight of the fastener on the top of his neck moves it. However, he is paying attention to it and I hope in a few more weeks he’ll be barking a lot less.
Great product with incredible customer service. Lost my charging cord & they sent me a free replacement. Collar works great & is more comfortable for my small dog. Others are just too heavy & bulky.
We love this “no bark” collar.

The fact that she got right on it, while I can still shame my Rose without results, I got help and everything fixed at lighting speed! Can I send you Rose? Haha! I should get another just in case! Love the collar! Rose doesn’t as I think she likes misbehaving!

My Pomeranian is 16 months 5.75 lbs
I’ve only tried for a few days. I must say I’m very impressed with this particular model. I have it set on number two for vibration and sound it seems to be doing quite well with her super fluffy for her. I like the fact that the beep is long and not a short chirping sound and it’s not super loud to scare her but enough to get her attention with the vibration and sound, level five seems to be great for larger size dogs. Durability is OK. I will have to see how long it actually holds on a charge it has not been two weeks from me yet. I have purchased one the other models from this brand and felt that it did not work properly. I am glad I gave this brand another try. I’m very pleased with a model for my baby and just purchased two for my daughter Chihuahua and pomski. I hope she will like it as much as I do. Pro advanced series. OB10pro

Bought the collar in Jan of 2025. Did not use. Went to use it recently and found it had no charging cord. Contacted them. Within 1 day the cord is being sent. Emily in customer service is extraordinary.

I just received the collar for my pup and its working well! Its very simple to operate. Nice small size and not too bulky for little dogs. I bought the aqua blue one with a star on it, very nice!
