Dreadful dreadful company avoid at ALL costs. Shame, it can't be a minus star rating. I had an incredibly negative experience with ElderlyAid, and I feel compelled to warn others to steer clear of this company. Initially, I reached out to them to cancel a service for tracking an elderly family member, as it was no longer necessary. Despite acknowledging my cancellation over the phone, ElderlyAid still went ahead and charged me the monthly fee.
Attempts to resolve the issue are still painfully unsuccessful. Trying to get through to their customer service is a nightmare; the phone would just ring off the hook. I tried calling 15 times, and only once did someone answer, yet they incorrectly stated that equipment needed to be collected — their team had already picked it up!
I sent over 20 emails without receiving a single response. This lack of communication and disorganisation speaks volumes about their disregard for customers. I even went as far as to contact the information commission office to complain about their practices, but again, there was no timely response.
ElderlyAid portrays itself as a company that cares for the elderly, but based on my experience, their only interest lies in taking your money. They are unreliable, their customer service is horrendous, and dealing with them has been nothing but a series of disappointments and frustrations.
I seriously doubt the integrity of this company. Their lack of responsiveness and accountability is alarming, making me question if they even truly exist beyond a website facade. Do yourself and your loved ones a favour: avoid ElderlyAid at all costs. They're more than just unhelpful—they're a real hazard in the sensitive realm of elderly care.

Purchased a scam call blocking unit that plugs in to our landline as our tel number was victim to so many scam calls. Great piece of kit that does all the work for you, worth the cost for peace of mind and a quiet home!

This company have been contacting my elderly mother to sell her a call blocker. How ironic.
They have now sold her two costing £89.50 each. I have called within the 14 day cancellation period specified in the T&Cs but there is no option to speak to anyone. I have emailed and returned the package by recorded delivery but no refund. Now they have sent another! She already has a call blocker but will sometimes turn it off at the socket and these scam calls get through.
Not a legitimate company. No way to speak to a person. They do not refund within 14 days for distance selling. DO NOT USE
