Great start!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Elavace for my property investment needs, and I must say it has been a great experience so far.
Since those are my first steps in the buy-to-let market they have been very patient and took me by hand through the process.
Top-notch props to James who has been incredible to assist me.

As a first time buyer
As a first time buyer the process was overwhelming. However, the team at Elavace and especially Herietta helped me through it the whole way. Step by step every document was handled and I always knew what was needed to progress to the next step. The communication always felt quick, respectful, and I always felt like my concerns were heard. Thank you guys so much!

Hi Peter, thank you for your review from September. We're glad to have been helpful towards your needs.
Very Impressed
I was very impressed with the information I got about purchasing a property through Elavace from Keith and then also from Reece who was very considerate of our situation as first-time buyers. He showed a lot of patience and explained everything so we could understand it. Henrietta also showed great communication to help us pay the deposit. Very impressed and hope to do more business with Elavace in the future!

Genuine Property investment services Company
I just bought 2 off plan properties in Bradford from these guys & It'll be a disservice if I don't comment on the patient, professional property investment service I got at every stage of the deal.... Firstly from Leah whom I signed up with, and then Henrietta in the Sales Progression team, whom Leah passed the baton onto & was virtually with me till completion! Never has a property deal gone smoother for me!
