Very good customer service

I actually cannot rate my experience highly enough. The price of my purchase was so competitive (an RPG starter set) that I ended up buying it twice for the extra components. The purchase was a preorder, and was shipped on the very day of release (I have often waited 4-8 months for purchases from GB and USA). Furthermore, the customer service (thanks Dan) was so personable, caring and most importantly efficient that this store has a customer for life. Thanks a million guys!
