Einrichten design is not a trustworthy…
Einrichten design is not a trustworthy company. Their working style more looks like a fraud. I do not recommend anyone to shop with this fraudulent company.
I ordered 8 chairs. One chair arrived defected (more looks like it was defected at manufactory, rather then shipping defect, box was not damaged), I would attach the image if here would be an option. Their delivery person by the way just left the box at our porch without letting us know it was delivered (we were at home). I contacted Einrichten immediately. You won’t believe what they offered me to do! They told me to drive with the damaged chair to a USPS office and make a damage report on my part and forward these documents including the damage number to them. Then according to them I should send the defected chair back to them at my own expense. What?? Are you serious? Why should I at all spend my personal time on fixing the problems they created for me? I ordered the chairs at their website, paid for them and for delivery, now it is their responsibility to deliver undamaged chairs to me. I just want to receive what I have ordered. No more additional time to be spent at my side. As simple as it is. I think they should not be allowed to sell at least at US and EU markets if they are unable to take responsibility for the simplest things they got payment for. These people are cheaters.
