This was my first time ordering from them, and I think it went pretty smoothly. Took around 10 days to arrive, which was fine. The product is as described, and I didn’t run into any issues. I’d probably order again in the future.

Better than I expected honestly
Overall, I’d say this was a good experience. Communication was clear, and they kept me updated during the process. I had a couple of questions before ordering and they answered everything without any issues. The product matched what I saw on the website.

I bought this mainly for photography and content creation, and eighteendoll did not disappoint.
The details are amazing, especially the face and body proportions. It looks even better in person than in pictures.
Posing is quite natural and the overall build feels solid.
Also appreciated the discreet shipping and good communication from the team.

Finding the right doll was difficult at first — so many prices, so many brands, and so much uncertainty about which websites were truly trustworthy. After reading a few reviews, I decided to try EighteenDoll, and I’m really glad I did.

The thicker, curvier shape is spot-on! The weight and softness feel premium, and it's super comfortable to hold - I fall asleep instantly with this doll. Silicone is the best choice here; it's cleaner and feels better.

Great experience overall
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but everything went really smoothly. The order was processed fast, and the package showed up earlier than I thought. It was packed well — no damage, no weird smells, nothing sketchy.
Customer service also answered my questions pretty quickly, which I appreciate. Overall, a solid experience. I’d definitely order from them again.
