There was an issue with a heater. Eheat honored the warranty and took care of the problem. They cared enough to go out of their way to do the right thing and maintain a positive relationship with a long term customer.

I can only refer to purchase process. I have not received the product as yet.

Installed (1) in basement and it works awesome for only using approx. 500 watts. Just ordered another one for bedroom.

Love my heaters! We have three. Easy to install, keeps the room at the thermostat setting too!

Easy order process, Fantastic Product!!!

Quick and easy customer service. I accidentally ordered the 120volt instead of the 240 volt and they helped me exchange them. The only issue i have is that the thermostat dial is a little small and kind of hard to operate with your fingers, especially if you have large hands. It's easier to just leave it on a heat setting you want and then just use the on/off button. I'll be wiring my heaters up to a wall thermostat so this will be beside the point anyway.

Nice little heater. Works well even in rooms with 12 foot vaulted ceilings.
Fairly easy to install, trouble free and silent while running.
We own three units

I HAVE HAD 3 ENVI HEATERS FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PLEASED. JUST ADDED A 4TH.

In the 4 years I have owned, twice the plastic mounting brackets/clips have failed causing the unit to fall off the wall. Clearly a design flaw. Stronger brackets are needed.

After my initial review above was posted, I was contacted by Envi Heat Operations Manager. He generously offered to supply replacement mounting clips at no charge. The brackets have arrived, the heater is now reinstalled and functioning. My advice to others is to place a fender washer behind each mounting clip to make it stand out a bit from the drywall and do not overtighten the holding screw to avoid creating additional strain on the bracket.

Exceptional company responsiveness and customer service after the sale. Uncommon these days. I would purchase from Envi Heat again. I like the product and the weakness of the brackets can be mitigated as noted above. My updated review would have been 5 stars except the brackets should have been stronger to begin with. Nonetheless, Thank You Envi Heat!

We installed two plug in wall heaters in a new small woodworking shop. While they do not have sufficient heat to rapidly heat up the space, we find the steady heat they produce keeps the space quite warm, even when the outside temp is below 0 degree F. We then use a larger electric heater to bring the room up to working temps (60-65F), and then let the wall heaters sustain that level throughout the day. Easy to install, safe to operate, easy to clean.

We use them in our rental properties in Connecticut. They are an excellent supplement and very energy and cost efficient.

Their customer service is so detailed, thoughtful and attentive. They helped correct my order on my mistake with the product I needed. Their product allows me to not use my noisy, dirty upright gas wall heater and replace that heat with their clean, quiet, more dry heat. (We in the Pacific Northwest always have too much cold humidity and water in the air).

Works great. We have a old house. One room upstairs has no heat vent. This heater heats up the entire room on low. Can be left on with the thermostat. I just bought a second one.

the transaction with eheat got involved: i ordered the wrong voltage unit, and personnel at eheat worked with me. they helped make the return "carefree" -- i.e., no percentage restocking fee...and got a turn around on the properly sized unit within the week. very good job

Great little heaters and easy to install. Love the low wattage and low cost and lack of moving parts to break. Work well in the bedrooms and bathroom of our poorly insulated, 1946, Albuquerque house during winter temps in the 20’s. The only other heat in our house is a wood fireplace insert in the living room which really only heats the living room, thus, the Envi’s.
