Honey;

HORRENDOUS HONEY EXPERIENCE!!!; NO STARS!
WHINNY the POOH GOT TO THE HONEY!
Egmont Honey’s Manuka, which my Wife & I had PAID a PREMIUM PRICE was a COMPLETE MESS!!!!
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!
1) Upon Arrival, I discovered that the Amazon Bag was FLOODED with Sticky, Hardened Honey.
2) After Closer inspection, I decided to Pull out the 10 OZ”Squeezable” Container of Honey.
3) YES! The “Squeezable” Container Works! The Honey was now ALL OVER MY KITCHEN COUNTER!!!!
4) After Cleaning up the Kitchen Counter and Wiping off the Honey Container, I discovered the Problem with the now 1/4 Full Honey Container.
5) The COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT Staff at Egmont Honey had NOT SCREWED on the CAP TIGHT ENOUGH to keep the Container Closed during Transit! MASSIVE HONEY LEAK!
6) Compounding EGMONT HONEY’s Delivery Failure; The MORONIC PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEERs had provided a FAULTY INTERIOR SECURITY/ SAFETY COVER below the lid, whose adhesive was NOT STRONG ENOUGH for the Application Intended!!!
7) FIX;
A) Increase of interior cover adhesive viability.
B) Recognize that your product may travel over various altitudes during transit, causing the interior safety cover to rupture.
C) Tighten the lid! Don’t make it impossible to open. But don’t make it so loose that it comes open by itself during transit due to pressure from external sources.
D) Consider “Shrink Wrapping” in a class three plastic bag, to avoid future mishaps.
E) Recommend that your quality assurance personnel ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB!
F) If a 72 year-old retired Army Diver, can discern and suggest the fixes for your manufacturing problems, then I’m certain that professional product designers and your remaining staff can also accomplish the task of getting your product to your customers without it being a COMPLETE MESS!
8) WAGER; I am willing to guess that you probably have approximately 10% damaged or return, and then of course, refunded merchandise in your manufacturing and delivery process. The simple fixes that I suggested, along with consultation from actual professional engineers and designers from the manufacturing field can reduce your losses, considerably, probably ZERO!

AVOID! I HAD AN ORDER OF 55£ which has not been delibered,Royal Mail sent back the parcel,several E-mails sent ,several attempts to call or to reach them and no sign about the intention of a refund. What a shame! It never happened this in my life ,because I have seen this brand in H&B I was thinking they are serious but this is A SCAM

I emailed them several times — every message was ignored.
No replies, no resolution, no refund.

This company takes your money and sends only part of your order.
Avoid at all costs — you will lose your money.
