We offer a 7-day free trial period as a one-time courtesy for new users included with our monthly subscription. The eForms account shows the free trial was activated on December 8 at 7:07 PM EDT. Our customer support team received a live chat from you five minutes later at 7:12 PM EDT, requesting to cancel the free trial immediately. Due to the subscription being cancelled, the account would not be billed the monthly fee, and you would no longer have access to the free trial.

Misleading!
eforms.com misleads people into thinking that their forms are free, having them spend time filling out their forms, then after people have wasted their time, they say that you need to sign up for an expensive monthly subscription in order to access the form you had created. They will argue that they have a free trial subscription, but this is simply a predatory business strategy that relies on people forgetting to cancel.
eforms.com will be unable to give me my time back. The only way they make good on this is to remove the deceptive dark patterns on their website by clearly stating upfront that a user account and subscription is required to receive a form.

Contradictory to this reviewer's claim, we offer our forms for FREE as blank templates without registering an account or entering any billing information. Every FREE form is available per the individual state's compliance standards in Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, or as an ODT file. Each FREE form is available on that specific form's webpage on our site. Users can download our templates for FREE and never have to register an account or enter any payment information.
If a customer elects to utilize our form-filling software instead of downloading the FREE form (an optional upgrade elected by the customer), that service comes with a premium plan. All pricing options are listed in our Terms of Use, reiterated before checkout, and displayed in full transparency on our pricing page. Customers still have the ability to obtain their forms for FREE, even after using our premium form-filling services, as our Monthly Subscription Plan comes with a "no obligations" 7-Day Free Trial period for new subscribers.

I used the 7 day free access to POA…
I used the 7 day free access to POA forms on behalf of my sister, Donna Domizio for whom I am POA. The account is in her name. I relied on the advide of customer service since I had some difficulty due to inexperience, and recent surgery on my eyes. The response was immediate and communciation was clear and helpful. I made an error in billing which I discovered when after I called to request cancellation during the 7 day trial period. I was billed $199 then refunded. Thank you. Sebastian and I are still in communication and I hope I will not be billed since the 7 day trial period has expired.

The $199.00 plan is our Pro Annual Plan. This plan works well if you require multiple documents and need our assistance on a long-term basis. This subscription provides unlimited access to all forms and features for the next 12-month period. This breaks down to $16.59/month when compared to the Pro Monthly Plan, as shown on the checkout page, costing $49.00/month.
We noticed your eForms Pro Annual Subscription was canceled, and a courtesy refund was issued per your first request in October. The subscription is no longer active. Our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality forms and customer support that make important tasks easier and more affordable than traditional legal services. Besides the Annual Plan, we offer other lower-cost premium options, including a Monthly Plan (7-Day Free Trial for new members) and a Single Document Purchase ($55.00), which are listed on our checkout page as well.

I thought I had erroneously signed up…
I thought I had erroneously signed up but realized I didn't know what I was doing. I wrote and asked to be removed from my subscription. I received a reply immediately saying they would get back to me. The next day they wrote and said I had been removed. Excellent service!
