Awesome Phone, arrived literally the next day!
Quite honestly the quality is impressive! Searched for your stocks to buy as I’m certain the company’s value will go up in the future competing against Samsung etc as similar product but more than half the price, excellent! When should I expect you on the stock market?

Took an order and payment for items not in stock but unfortunately didn’t bother to tell me until I chased delivery. I know mistakes can happen but it’s the way that they are dealt with that counts to the customer and to have to chase to find out that you are never actually going to receive an order is totally the wrong way to do business. I wouldn’t have left this review if it wasn’t for the fact that even after a week I wasn’t informed that my goods were never going to come! 1 positive though, once I had chased and they had “looked into it” my refund was received within a few days with the help of Charlie Gallant. Thanks Charlie.

This is the second time I have used eFones.com to buy my phone and it's second to none in terms of process and ease of ordering.

3 because the trouble had with trying to purchase something from efones until I was told its cancelled due to an issue with my card cvc which was fine. Then I was told I can try again in which I done for my order again to be cancelled called up klarna they said on there side everything is OK, I called efones to be told the system has detected fraud on my card / name or address Huh How's this. Then I was forced to ask my partner to pay for it for me but get it sent to my mums address as planned originally that following day I called up because there has been no news of my shipment the man who picked up the phone said because my name has been used or the delivery address which has been used previously so it has placed this order on hold aswell ridiculous, as this is my card in my name and nothing that I know of has happened to the point where I would get declined from purchasing goods. Today I guessed thery released it knowing no fraud is going on. The delivery was quick but overall experience was terribl

The product I wanted to buy was cheapest at this website so I went ahead and ordered. Then after some more searching I discovered that what I ordered was version 1 and version 2 was only released 4 months ago so I sent them an email asking for the order to be cancelled. Which was promptly done and money returned. What I also discovered was their website was nice and easy to use so ordering was a breeze. They also had a eFones YouTube channel of reviews of various products which was great. I think the guy whose running this site is doing a great job and so I wish him well for the future. Also, I like to mention I wasn't paid to write this, what can he give me that I haven't got.

I got excellent service and the product I ordered has been a great success. There was an initial blip on the supply of the item I ordered, as I got the incorrect model. But on emailing them, I was immediately told the correct item would be sent that day - and it arrived next day. You just can't fault that for good service. Will definitely use eFones.com [part of Livewire] in the future.
