I’ve used this company for the last two…
I’ve used this company for the last two years and intend to use them again next year. I like the fact that prices are realistic and not over-inflated. I’ve also found that the engineers turn up during the 3 hour time slot stated and I’m not hanging about all day. Their workmanship has to date been excellent, something I always pay attention to.

This is the worst company I have ever…
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with please do not use them! They are a scam! I paid for a power flush of four radiators. On their website they stated that they would individually flush each heater which was a lie and blaten forse advertising. Efan their head heating engineer does not communicate English well and does not know how to do the job he left the property without heating and only flushed one heater. The other staff answering the phone are very rude and unhelpful. All they have is excuses when they can't do the job they was paid to do.

We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
Following your concerns being raised, our office responded promptly to acknowledge the issue and apologised for the inconvenience caused. We also offered to arrange for an engineer to return to the property to recheck the heating system, inspect the remaining radiators and carry out any further assessments required to help identify whether there were any underlying faults beyond the scope of the original power flushing service. At no point did we ignore your concerns and we genuinely attempted to resolve the matter professionally and fairly.
With regards to the power flushing service, the engineer carried out the works based on the condition of the heating system found on site at the time of attendance. Power flushing is a process designed to improve circulation and heating performance by removing sludge and debris from the system where possible. However, as outlined within our terms and standard industry guidance, power flushing cannot guarantee that all heating issues will be resolved, particularly where there are separate underlying faults, heavily blocked pipework, faulty components, or radiators that are excessively contaminated internally and potentially beyond repair.
Whilst power flushing can significantly improve many systems, there are occasions where additional repair works, replacements or further investigations are required following the service in order to fully rectify heating performance issues. We appreciate there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the process, however we do not intentionally mislead customers and we take accusations of false advertising very seriously.
We are also disappointed by the personal and inappropriate comments made regarding our engineer via email, as our staff remained respectful and professional throughout all communication and genuinely attempted to assist in resolving the matter.

Awful customer service. Couldn’t complete boiler inspection even though another engineer was able to & didn’t even try to resolve. Also turned up at a time I stated wouldn’t work & charged a £50 rescheduling fee without advising in advance.

We are genuinely sorry that you were unhappy with your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.
Following your complaint regarding the engineer attending during a restricted access period, we immediately acknowledged the misunderstanding and waived the £50 failed visit charge. We then prioritised rebooking the appointment for the very next day and the manager personally handled the arrangements to ensure the works could still be completed before the concierge left site.
Throughout the process, we remained in regular communication by email, confirmed revised appointment times and completed the requested works. We also accommodated requests for photographs and certification updates following completion.
We always aim to provide a professional and fair service to all customers and regret that on this occasion you felt disappointed. However, we do feel significant efforts were made to resolve the matter promptly and amicably once the issue was raised.
