Gina and her team are fantastic
Gina and her team are fantastic. They provide the best policies and procedures for NDIS providers. Their policies are updated regularly, so we never have to worry about keeping up with the frequent changes to NDIS requirements. Their professionalism, reliability, and commitment to staying current give us complete confidence in our compliance.

We have been using Effective Policy for over 2 years
We have been using Effective Policy for the past 2 years. We purchased the policies and procedures package 2 years ago and have just purchased another package to include the changes to the NDIS quality standards.
The policies and forms and tools that we received from Effective Policy have all been implemented into our organisation and have improved the way we work and has held us in great stead when preparing for audits.
The service from Effective Policy does not stop at the purchase of a package. We have utilised the webinars on offer from Effective Policy and they also continue to send us updates.
