Got the eCollar for my German Shepherd as he is very re-active to other dogs when out on a walk, I have been using the collar for a week and have experienced a huge decrease in his behaviours and going for walks has become a much more pleasant experience for both of us.

I ordered Houndware 101 collar got a budget brand. Contacted them was told its pretty much the same its just a different box. But it was not just a different box but all the products as well. When I sent them a photo they then offered me to pay for a upgrade if I wanted the Houndsware product. Are you serious. What a scam.

Purchased an electric fence collar from Edog which always had a dodgy on off button. Button eventually disappeared inside the unit. Edog were not helpful saying unit was out of warranty even though it was only 17 months old and hadn't been used daily. Do not deal with Edog.

We are alerted this company to an issue with our bark collar only purchased recently. No response whatsoever from their support email in fact all we got was spam in return.
Utter joke, I’m surprised they are allowed to trade. We have now lodged a formal complaint.

Selling snake repellents that have been proven not to work by experts. These people should be ashamed they market this fraudulent product. It's putting people's lives in danger with these false claims

Bought a device from these guys and it didn’t work. Total scam. Then I had to pay for the piece of garbage to be sent back at my expense. Avoid this company and its toys at all cost! Scam!

THIS KIT never works from day one , the transmitter was blipping alone on my dog neck without anyone holding the command , then then command did not transmet instruction to the receiver when piut on my dog on my dog ,, i try in my hand it sound to work ok , but not once i put the collar on my dog , it took countless email and phone call to explain , they ask me to return the complet kit as they say it could be a faulty receiver ..no news for few weeks , we phone few times in the last 2 weeks with diffrents person on the phone in their supposed " customer services ", ,YESTERDAY after 4 phone call , they promise to r refund ,less 20 percent , i say YES what ever , just refund me now , enough of this saga !! after still wait for weeks i ask a refund , the divers person on the phone " promesse " a refund in the next 20 minutes , well nothing happen .. still waiting .. ,, we are the 16 of July .. MY opinion is that company is a total scam with total comptent for the customer , and they just run with impunity and scam business .like other people say , I WISH I HAVE FIND THIS REWIEW SITE PRIOR TO BUYING ,,

When I checked out, an offer came up to add on a bag and whistle. The price didn't change. $199 for two collars. Thought it must have been a promo. Turns out it removed the 2 dog option from my cart, changed it to one collar for the same price so I essentially paid an extra $50 for a $2 temu whistle. Tried to return but company is Australian (despite advertising as EDogNz) so postage is too expensive. Customer service wouldn't help. Very misleading and dodgy.

I found an edog training lead for $29 and went to pay using Paypal. All looked normal until i put in my paypal password then the money was immediately taken, no transaction appeared in my Paypal account, no lead delivered and i had to change my credit card. The Paypal page looked right but obviously wasn’t.

Bought a findtag tracker,
Total waste of money, didn't work after 2 hours, had a old leaking battery in it.
Getting a replacement was more trouble than it's worth, plus you would be getting the same cheap piece of crap anyway.
Should of read reviews before purchasing.
Lesson learned

My family purchased the etag dog tracker for if our dogs escape, they are like an AirTag in a silicone holder that hangs off the dog collar. Well, all 3 trackers fall out,we have a staffy, a golden retriever and a dash hound. We contacted the company who requested a video of the fault. Although the concept is good, the silicone holder is not suffice as the tracker just falls out as the silicone holder is only enclosed on one side, when the dogs play. yes you can track the tag and put it back in, but multiple times per day across 3 devices to me is just not good design for dogs, we just decided to put all 3 in the bin and count out loss.

purchased a Barktec Ultrasonic Bark Control 240° Pro on March 5, 2025, with delivery through Toll Express. However, the item was never delivered. After multiple inquiries, the courier company falsely claimed the item had been delivered and even posted an image of someone else's front door! This is outrageous. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand, as it seems this is a common issue. I definitely won't be purchasing from this company again.

I purchased 2 Barktec Ultimate Ultrasonic
I emailed Edog explaining that they simply do dot work. The website advises they are ideal for reducing the noisy neighbours dog from barking! The information on website is misleading because this is what they advised me, I requested a refund and have not heard from them again. Very disappointed

The device will not work through solid objects or fencing and the frequency will bounce off this.
The device's would need to be placed on top of fencing pointing down to the dogs ear height .

When I ordered my product was informed delivery would be 1-2 business days. Two weeks later no delivery and no response from chat, phone or tracker. I suspect this is a Scam

Purchased wireless dog fence (shock collar). Turns out the product won’t shock on auto (fence mode), only manually via the remote, which makes it useless. The product doesn’t do what it’s designed to do. I reached out to the company and they advised I could send it back but they would charge a 20% restocking fee.

This is terrible given the product was not fit for purpose.

Additionally I selected express shipping. The product was sent Express post, however it took them almost a week to dispatch the item.

AVOID THIS SELLER and find a local retailer to buy from that will offer you decent customer support.

I recently purchased a Goodlife Silencer Max from eDog Australia. Prior to purchasing I contacted the eDog Customer Service team, who assured me that the product would work. On delivery of the product, it became quickly clear that the product does not work on dogs and is not fit for purpose. Be advised that this company is dodgy and does not offer refunds notwithstanding they are selling goods in Australia that are not fit for purpose. This is in breach of the Australian Consumer Law. I will be reporting the company to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission but buyers should beware.
