Absolutely appalling - ordered a dress which took nearly 3 weeks to arrive - dress nothing like photo, cheap and nasty - when asking for a refund very rude response saying their UK store was closed and they didn’t have an address to return it to - dress was £39.95 which I won’t see! Total scam don’t go near this company it’s all a lie - recently saw some of their clothes on SHEIN too. I’ve been ripped off !

Don't buy from this company. Not based in UK as they would have you believe. Parcel arrived too late for my holiday and the items sent were not what I ordered. Will be asking for a full refund - let's see what happens!

Actually zero stars. I hate to admit it but I have been completely mugged off by this company. If there are really 2 sisters called Edith and Florence who are closing down their beloved London boutique then I will eat my temu purchased hat. Don't be a taken in,as I was. Scam! I contacted them within 10 minutes of clicking pay as I realised I had been duped into buying an inferior product, definitely not from a London boutique, and was advised it had already been shipped. On arrival the product was an absolute joke.The material was the cheapest,nastiest quality. Completely see through and massively oversized. No return labels . Please don't waste your money.

Buyer beware this is a Scam company, ordered a swimsuit and received something completely different which (surprise surprise) came all the way from China. Such poor quality I could have got better on the market. When I contacted Customer service they used all kinds of delay tactics to avoid a refund.

DO NOT BUY from this company.
I ordered a swimsuit and a pair of sandals in their sale and thought I was buying from a UK store.
Neither items were suitable but when I asked for refund details they said that I had to return them to China and that they were reluctant to do this because of the eco aspect of the flight.
They did give me a shipping address but I doubt I would have ever seen a refund.

They offered me a 20% credit so I have asked for that but I probably won’t get it.

Very disappointed and lesson learnt -

BEWARE SCAM COMPANY WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
You will likely be sent inferior/incorrect products (ie not as ordered/described) if they arrive at all.
IN THE UK - if this is the case - you are potentially legally entitled to request a refund and also not be responsible for the cost to return the item(s).
Request a refund showing photographic evidence of ordered versus received - but beware they are likely to ignore this and use delay tactics to avoid progressing your complaint/refund.
Best advice - if this happens - is to then request a chargeback from your bank/payment method. Provided you can provide evidence you are likely to be successful.
Also report them to Trading Standards for misleading description of goods as companies like this need to be shut down!

Late delivery. Refund impossible. Don’t bother with this waste of money sight. UK branch closed down. Want more money towards shipping costs to get the right size🙈
Worst experience ever with online shopping.

AVOID and do not waste money. Misleading information. I thought I was buying from a UK firm. Swimsuit eventually arrived from somewhere overseas. I had raised the delay and asked for courier details which were not forthcoming. It eventually arrived in shoddy packaging, no documentation. When opened seam was not sewn. I contacted Edith and Florence (again) to report it. I was asked to send photos which I did. I was offered a replacement for a reduced shipping cost. I asked for a refund to receive a reply offering a replacement which I do not want having seen the poor quality and wondering if a replacement would ever materialise. I will update this review if ever I get my refund.
UPDATE: still no refund, the company is based in China and now wanting me to pay for shipping to China in order to refund. My suspicion is that even if I paid for shipping there will be no refund. Do not use.

Ordered 2 dresses from Edith&Florence. The quality was amazing and it arrived on time for my holiday. The dresses are flattering and truly fit my oversized body

Do not buy Chinese site despite back story returns have to be returned to China cost of £25+ despite a UK contact address they won't give you the return address keep delaying and offering a 10-20% payment to your account instead

Do not buy from this company. Supposed to be a 30 day return policy. They won't send a returns form or code to return.
Will only offer 10 percent return. I paid £68 pounds. Terrible experience. Be prepared for them to keep your money

It is a rip off. They are importing very poor quality items form China.
The items I received were far from what was described on the website. Wrong sizing and atrocious quality.
The returns policy is to send the items back to China, which they say is,going to cost alot of money, so they rip you off by offering a small % off what you paid.

Ordered Hayleigh Braided Cork sandals rep £140 I paid £34.95.. took 12 days to arrive, wrapped only in a plastic bag.. when opened up they were nothing f like their description or photos… they were made from a very flimsy material, the braiding was positioned in the wrong place on the sandals and the cork was NOT cork BUT plastic…. So disappointing. I’ve sent several emails, but they’re very reluctant to reply with any speed… I’m still waiting for a resolution… would def stay away…!!!!!

Not received items after 10days, and it stated postage was 2-5 days within UK.
I have now noticed a customs form in parcel tracking info, so hoping I haven’t been scammed , and items aren’t el cheapo rubbish from China!
