Edinburgh Borders Roofing Anmeldelser

complete roof re-slate of Georgian roof with scotch slates . Big job but fairly priced , Great workmanship and friendly & considering tradesmen . Iwould recommend the Edinburgh Borders Roofing to anyone

First rate. Good communication, efficient, reliable and a very competitive price (reduced if cost is lower than estimate). Definitely on my 'go to' list of companies.

Good company who delivered on what they promised. Gutter replacement and repairs to roof. Photographoc evidence is a nice touch and provides reassurance.

Absolutely delighted with the work carried out on our outhouse roof. From the initial survey to the work being carried out, a first class job.
The lads carrying out the work were polite and professional keeping us informed at every stage of the process. A thoroughly good job at a very competitive price.

We had great communication with Edinburgh Borders Roofing from start to finish, they were polite and punctual. We didn't need to chase them and they did a great job!

We were really impressed throughout our experience. Firstly, a survey was performed on our roof with slates being marked as they needed to be replaced, chimneys being replaced and gutters thoroughly surveyed. A detailed schedule of work was created and shared with us. The guys who carried out the work were very professional and polite.
A report including photos was shared with us following the work for our peace of mind.

This is the second time we have used Edinburgh Borders previously for fitting 2 velux windows with which we are very happy with and once again for the restoration work on our chimney stack we have not been dissapointed. The guys on both jobs were very pleasant and polite. Would recommend using this company

We needed a full re slate on >100m2 of roof. Darren and his team carried out the work safely and efficiently, providing a quality end product that I have confidence in for years to come. Communication was great throughout and the price was very competitive.

We were very pleased with the work and the process throughout. The work to repair the ridges on our roof was done to a very high standard. A number of visits were necessary due to poor weather conditions, and all the workmen that came were excellent, from the assessors through to the repairers. It is particularly useful to be sent photos of the roof as it’s impossible to see what needs done unless you are able to go up there.

Overall very pleased with Edinburgh Borders Roofing and have recommended to a number of friends already.

We have previously used Edinburgh Borders twice this year for urgent repairs to our tenement and this is why I chose them to undertake another repair.

Their communication with you throughout the process is great, as is the advice.

The work is done to a high standard and they always clear away any debris when they are finished and try to leave things as they found them.

We have another repair in December organised by another owner in the stair, so this shows what we think of them.

Great communication, on time, that's what they said they would do. Took me around and explained the extra work that was done which I verified and there was no extra cost delighted with their work.

Excellent workmanship on a roof that's been troublesome for many years: Fully confident that we have a permanent fix. From survey to completion no problems encountered (Scottish weather can obviously cause some delays!) and communication good throughout. The skills needed to do work like this properly should not be underestimated. Happy to recommend.

Edinburgh Borders are as extremely professional company providing a high standard of roof work. After having numerous leaks the decision was taken to re-slate our entire roof. The quote from Edinburgh Borders was both competitive and well presented. The work was completed on schedule on budget. Communications were good with both workforce and office staff. They are warmly recommended.

happy with my dealings with Edinburgh Borders Roofing. After extremely heavy rain we had a leak - I received a quote and start date and needed scaffolding - which I was a bit concerned about. Work actually was completed before the start date given and scaffolding removed timeously. Good communication via email to their office with quick responses. This is the second time I’ve used them and happy with work so far. No leaks!!!!!

Contracted to install solar panel pidgeon proofing and gutter cleaning. Work was delayed because of a delay in ordering or supply of materials. Pinning down exact dates for scaffolding and work start was a little strained and sketchy, as was work start date after the scaffolding was up, but when work finally started I was very pleased with the result. I'm still waiting on the scaffolding coming down and hope I don't need to keep chasing about it.
Expect work to start +/- 1 week from the date you're quoted.

Edinburgh Borders Roofing are a reliable, trustworthy and highly professional company. They gave us a very competitive quote for the replacement of the flat roof and guttering on our tenement block, in addition to other necessary maintenance work needed on the building. They kept us informed during each stage of the job and any queries were quickly answered. They helped us set up a payment scheme between the 18 owners which made the whole project run smoothly. I was so impressed not only with the completed work but with the way in which they seemed to genuinely care about their customers' experience. For peace of mind they also provide a guarantee for their work and before and after photos. I highly recommend EBR for all roofing and building work and will definitely use their services again.

Very happy with the work Edinburgh Borders Roofing did for me (sash & case 2nd floor windows: new trowel mastic & painting of window frames plus masonry filler repair to stone windowsill). Communication excellent & quality of job top notch. Thank you very much!

Excellent service, we had a major roof repair required and it covered 16 separate flats. EB communicated well and helped set up a payment scheme that worked for all the owners, gave us a very competitive quote and completed the work quickly and efficiently as well as providing a guarantee for their work. Would definitely recommend them.

Very reliable, great communication throughout. Very professional at all times. Would definitely use again.

Good communication throughout and work completed on time and to agreed budget. Would happily use again.
