Freya Cox- Was my tutor, she’s amazing, she helped me a lot with my level 3. I really appreciate it and couldn’t ask for anyone better than her. I spent a long time using Eden training solutions for my qualification and over that time Kerry Nixon was always really helpful. She helped me with making sure everything was on track even when I was unmotivated myself and always had time to answer me when I needed her help:) im very grateful for everything Kerry and all the other people who did the classes with me have done to help me pass my level 3.

I have recently had four members of staff complete their Level 3 and Level 5 apprenticeships with Eden Training, and I have always been thoroughly impressed with their professionalism as a company. They are organised, responsive, supportive and consistently provide outstanding apprenticeships.
A special mention to Lucy Manley, who has been the Skills Coach for two of my staff members and is an absolute asset to the company. Lucy goes above and beyond to support her learners and is incredibly skilled at what she does. One of my staff members was actually in tears during her final meeting and admitted that she couldn’t have reached this point without Lucy’s support.

My skills coach is Adrianna and she has helped me so much. she is always available to answer questions and has really helped me develop my knowledge. She is always so lovely and makes sure I am okay with my learning but also just in general.

I had discovered Eden Training Solutions in April 2025, where Sally had supported me in finding a setting to complete my Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. After documents had been processed, In June 2025 I started my induction and everything was pretty straight forward and simple. The skills coach that I had gotten paired with was Claire Van Der Eykyn, she is absolutely wonderful and I wouldn’t be where I am without her hard work. I told Claire earlier on that I wanted to get to EPA as soon as possible and she made the dream come true. She supported me and moved lesson dates forward whenever I needed and also gave me access to all the SC Activity Sheets beforehand so that I could fill it in whenever I was ready, without waiting a long period of time for it to be sent to me. Claire was also very immediate when it came to responses. Anytime I needed support I knew I could go to Claire as she would respond straight away and did her best to break everything down. She also gave me quicker review dates so I could pass each assignment quickly. When migrating to BUD, Claire also helped me log all my OTJ hours. I also loved the extra resources like the Reach360 platform which helped me maintain my KSBs to a high level. When doing my mock observation and professional discussion, my assessors and my skills coach were very supportive in making sure I understood the EPA correctly and gave me feedback that helped me become EPA ready. Here I am now in September 2026 as a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator with a distinction grade.

My experience was amazing ! I have learnt so much through my teaching sessions and my skills coach teacher Kerry Nixon she is amazing, she has supported my through every step of my course. I couldn’t thank her enough she has always been there to help when I need the help. Thank you!

My apprenticeship experience has been great with Eden! I was able to get the hang of how my course and learning worked very quickly and found booking into online teacher sessions and reviews easy. I enjoyed attending teacher sessions and found them well organised and full of the information I needed during the course. I also liked having a physical notebook to write down what I had learnt, as well as getting to speak/listen to other apprentices during the online sessions.

Whilst struggling on the course I was able to get into contact and book a meeting with the Eden Support/Safegaurding team which helped me greatly and gave me helpful advice which gave me the confidence to continue.

My skills coach Carly was brilliant and I enjoyed getting to have a monthly meeting to discuss my progress and next steps. Carly made sure to keep me on track to reach my desired goals and get me to my EPA. My reviews/meetings where easy to book with Carly and she was very accommodating when I would have to change dates/times due to work schedules. During meetings, Carly was easy to talk to, knowledgeable and has helped to make me into a better childcare practitioner. Thank you!

I’m currently coming to the end of my Level 3 Early Years apprenticeship with Eden Training Solutions and I’ve had a really positive experience throughout. My tutor, Ellie, has been extremely supportive, patient and helpful during my apprenticeship. She has always been there to answer any questions, explain things clearly and give me guidance whenever I needed it. Ellie has helped me build my confidence, knowledge and skills within childcare and has made sure I felt prepared throughout each stage of my Level 3 apprenticeship. I really appreciate all of the support and encouragement she has given me, especially as I approach my End Point Assessment. I would definitely recommend Eden Training Solutions and I’m very grateful to Ellie for everything she has done for me.

I started my apprenticeship with Eden training a little over a year ago and I had the best experience with them. I had Ellie Green as my tutor and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better tutor. She has been absolutely amazing throughout my course and has supported me every step of the way. She was always patient, understanding and willing to explain things whenever I needed extra help.

Her encouragement and guidance gave me the confidence to keep going, especially when I found things difficult. She genuinely cares about her students and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel supported and are able to succeed.

I have been an apprentice for almost a year now. i’m on track to finish program soon. Eden has been amazing. i have learned so much. the skills lessons and the reach courses are so informative. there is lots of ways to really embed knowledge and make sure you fully understand. my skills coach Ellie Green has been amazing. she is so supportive and helpful and always there when i have a random question or query. i would definitely recommend them, im kind of sad my learning is comming to an end with them.

It has been a pleasure to be on this course,always willing to help you go above and beyond with helping you and if struggling making sure you understand.

When I first started my apprenticeship, I found it very challenging and at times I even considered giving up. I lacked confidence in my abilities and struggled with the coursework. However, my skills coach was incredibly supportive, patient, and understanding throughout my journey. She always took the time to explain things clearly and adapted her approach in a way that I could progress. At every meeting, Adriana encouraged me, recognised my progress, and helped me to understand how to complete my tasks. Her guidance gradually increased my confidence and motivation. As a result, my knowledge and skills have developed significantly, I am now close to completing my apprenticeship earlier than expected. Looking back, I can see how far I have come, and I truly appreciate the encouragement, patience and dedication were the key . She has made a real difference to my confidence, development and achievement.
