They have a dedicated app for customer reservations that allows us to track our driver in real time, see his location, communicate with him, etc. We receive text messages and emails as soon as the reservation is made, as well as updates. Awesome ! Communication with their team was seamless and courteous, and they promptly addressed all of my inquiries.
On the day of my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find an EDEN CAB driver waiting for me at the airport with a sign displaying my name. Their warm welcome and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease. Additionally, the vehicle was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, providing a delightful ride. Mercedes, they only have this brand.
Throughout my stay, I utilized EDEN CAB's for VAN services for my transportation needs between various tourist spots in the region. Each time, the drivers were punctual and friendly. They were also very knowledgeable about the local attractions, enhancing my journey with their recommendations.
