Ecruit has streamlined my hiring process. I'm receiving more relevant applications at a fraction of the cost. Rather than paying for each individual job board, I just have Ecruit post it for me.
And as far a headhunter service goes, they are offering the same services for a fifth of the cost.

I've now hired 3 team members with Ecruit in the last month. And I no longer waste hours of my day declining applications on Indead.

P.S.- Ecruit did not pay me for this review.

We needed to recruit a very senior sales executive and Jude took a comprehensive brief and produced long lists pretty quickly. When the initial list did not produce as many viable candidates as had been hoped, a second list was prepared from a slightly revised brief and the outcome was much better. In the end a candidate from the first list ended up being selected.
Would happily recommend ecruit and will be using then again.

A really simple and straightforward experience. The team were super helpful when needed. Would use again.

Does what it says on the tin...

We've had mixed experiences with recruitment agencies in the past, often at high prices with poor service, but Ben, Jazmyn, and Judith did a fantastic job. The fee can't be beaten and the fact they guarantee a few sensible candidates means they back themselves to deliver, which they did. Will definitely use them again when we next need to hire. I have used ecruit's services many times now. ecruit consistently delivers as promised. They provide superb customer service, having nothing but the best individuals on their team. They truly want to ensure you are satisfied with your service and are available for any questions or concerns without delay.

Value is what you get when you employ ecruit's services. Recruiting services of any kind are typically nearly unaffordable. I have always found ecruit's services to be reasonably priced, and the value only increases from what they deliver for that price.

As always, I am happy with another round of award-winning service, and as usual, I will be back when we have hiring needs again.

Ecruit has proven to be a fantastic alternative to other recruiting methods we've engaged in. Think of them as awesome, advanced fishing guides who know how to find the best-aligned, passive job-seeking candidates to fill your role(s). Our recruiting specialist was superb in learning about our needs and delivering a deep list of candidates from which we eventually placed some very talented professionals - in about 60 days. Couldn't be more pleased with our experience and we will use them again.
