engineer arrived a day late
engineer arrived a day late . found a further problem , system switched off .
2 months on still waiting .nothing heard so have had to contact ecovision to find out what is going on . could be a long wait for resolution . rather poor at keeping customer in formed .

Following the engineer’s visit, a roof-related fault was identified. The system was switched off as a safety precaution while we seek approval from the panel owners to proceed with the required works. We appreciate that the wait has been concerning, and we apologise that our communication has not been as proactive as it should have been.
Once approval is received, our team will contact you promptly to arrange an appointment.

Good communication
Good communication from scheduling the appointment to the engineer arriving and completing the work. The engineer was efficient causing limited down time whilst completing the work.
Ecovision have always kept on top of any regulation changes that have required modifications/upgrades to the installation and have organised these upgrades as soon as they were able to.

Cancelled engineer appointments.
It was a few weeks ago that I had an arranged appointment with an engineer to update the system. Delays and cancellation happened 3 times. The engineer was polite and worked well. Explaining what had been done. Few days later panels had stopped producing electricity. Demand from ecovision to get this rectified ASAP. Sent an appointment time 6 weeks ahead. I wasn’t very happy with this as I would not benefit from generated electricity from the panels due to no fault of my own.. I emailed to explain what had happened. I received a reply saying engineer would be with me in 2 weeks. Same engineer as before. Again he was polite and knowledgeable and fixed the problem within minutes. No further reoccurrence. Took so long to get the work completed.
