Smooth and professional rental
Everything was perfect, except that the car was not really clean upon delivery and when we returned it they asked us why it wasn't perfectly clean!!!

Similar is NOT always similar
I've booked Citroen A5 Aircross (or similar). Actually I've got MG ZS. It is NOT similar! Even I could live with a smaller space for 4 passangers, but luggage trunk volume was by 23% smaller! 448 liters (MG ZS) instead of 580 liters expected (C5 Aircross). So to take all baggage of 4 passengers into the car was a real challenge: two small bags we had to fit between passangers on the back seat.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my…
I wouldn't recommend this company to my friends for the following reason: I booked the car rental through the Ryanair website, so I wasn't sure which company I was dealing with. They also offered me comprehensive insurance through a third-party insurance company. The comprehensive insurance cost €45 for the rental period (6 days). However, knowing the practices of Italian car rental companies, I declined this idea, as I was sure that when I returned the car, they would charge me for scratches on the lower part of the front bumper or the underbody, and I would have to go to court and file a claim with the insurance company, which is a long and unpleasant procedure. Therefore, I decided to pay for the comprehensive insurance on the spot. And that's what I did. However, the insurance fee of €250 for 6 days surprised me. Usually, the insurance price is the same as the rental price. The rental price was €109, so the price for 6 days was €359. This is ridiculously expensive, considering that I rented a small car, an Opel Astra. I understand perfectly well that the rental company doesn't make money on rental fees and is forced to sell insurance at 250 x 6 x 365 = 15,208 euros per year. But their competitors, like Centauro, offer the same car (with winter tires, by the way) for 240 euros. Their price is more or less acceptable. And speaking of cars: they don't have winter tires at all (unlike their competitors). Instead of an Opel Astra, they offered me a "free upgrade" and gave me an MG with a smoky interior, non-functioning navigation, non-functioning tire pressure sensors, and non-functioning cruise control. Overall, I was dissatisfied with this upgrade. Instead of a decent European car, they sold me a Chinese piece of junk. Basically, something needs to be done, otherwise their competitors will quickly swallow them up. The only thing I liked was the efficiency of the staff. I understand that they operate within company policy, so I have no complaints.
