I’m not sure that the quality of the paint is worth the high price. It is billed as Semi Gloss but it looks like Satin or matte in my opinion. It goes on thick and because it lacks any gloss it is very time consuming to paint everything absolutely perfectly to avoid any slight imperfections. It took about a week longer on our crib project than I expected just base on how carefully we had to be on every piece. We used it on a crib and aren’t super thrilled.

Paint and primer are wonderful for a MCS sufferer. Order came very quickly.

This paint came so fast and looks absolutely gorgeous. Loved that it didn't have a harsh smell at all.
We are very pleased with this product and will order more paint from you all in the future!

The paint samples were as ordered and the paint is total smell free 😀

Shipping of the order was supposed to be 2 days by fedex…..but it was shipped by USPS and it took 10 days☹️

Re: EMR/EMF SHIELDING PAINT~> Nice product. Great, fast delivery, Customer / Technical Support however is severely lacking. Called Cust Supp to ask about WHAT specific frequencies this paint blocks and just got informed how STUPID they are: they DO NOT KNOW! When asked what for a translation of what the technical jargon on their website meant in plain ENGLISH and got MORE STUPID RESPONSE: "I DON"T KNOW". DUH! Wow!! So sad how this company can be so FAILING in this regard!

I like the paints. I like that there is no smell and that I can feel good about using them. However, the package was kind of a mess, it seems one of the sample containers had a leak. They are still usable, but there had to be a clean up and drying out session before I could use them. The samples went on a bit thin, and I wonder if that is because they are samples or if the paint will be thin and I will need several coats. I would still use the paint because of the no VOC's even if it means several coats.

Not sure, but so far I got it delivered.

The varnish went onto the wood smoothly and has no odor. It's a great product!

Great follow up, arrived so quickly! Minus one star for not stipulating on the site that the minimum size for color matching is a quart (can't be done on samples.)

I ordered custom colored paint (based on a Benjamin Moore color) and the color matching was excellent. The paint is packed very well and arrived quickly. However, I was quite disappointed with the paint- both the gloss pet dwellings paint and the related primer. These paints are advertised as being designed for pet dwellings, and are pictured on the website as being applied to bird cages and dog crates. I applied the primer and paint to a bird cage according to the manufacturer’s directions, taking great pains to coat everything evenly. In fact, I was so neurotic about this project that I probably spent a total of 20 hours preparing, priming, and painting. After curing, the initial visual result was very good, consistent with the manufacturer and customer photos I had seen on the Ecos website. However, after a week or so of actual use- and light use at that, because my bird is not a chewer at all- the paint is already flaking off the cage. This paint in particular is a pretty good example of false advertising; it would be lovely for a decorative item but is far from suitable for anything that a pet actually “dwells” in. I’m annoyed that I wasted 20ish hours and $100 on this project.

The customer service was initially horrible and the people unfriendly but it eventually improved. We bought the semi-transparent concrete sealer in tile black and semi transparent it is not. Our floors are JET BLACK. So, beware if what you want is a light-ish color blackish-gray as shown in the pictures of the product. This is not at all what we ended up with.

EDIT: EcosPaints replied and said we were sent clear concrete sealer free of charge. That is news to me! We never received anything like that or have heard anything about it. So I have no idea what they are talking about. Shipping for a sample was upwards of $70 so that was not possible either.
