I would like to reply to you message.
Please provide me proof of where I declined a replacement washing machine.
I have all communications in writing.
Connor your contracts manager insinuated that it was historical damage which was not the case as it was brand new in box until your employees installed where he rammed it so hard under the work top that they measure incorrectly and did not make allowances for the flooring nor appliance. Connor agreed to reimburse me the full cost of the machine.
I was then visited by Adrian several weeks late and was told they wouldn’t reimburse the cost but would replace like for like with which I replied I wanted the exact machine I purchased not a second hand like for like. Adrian told me to send the link for my washing machine to Connor which I did so on 25th September 2024 at 1.48pm (I even explained that Adrian asked me to forward it to him).
The works have not been rectified at all which is why I have the official inspector round who communicated that the work that was done was not done to a high standard and needed sorted asap and was going to get hold of your company.

Please to do not insinuate that I have signed off on anything because I have categorically refused to.

And will not until ALL works have been completed.

I did have someone from your company turn up unannounced to my property to fix the kick boards however he swiftly left because he did not have the correct equipment or the clips to attach them, he said he would come back and I have neither seen more heard from your company since.
Communication is absolutely shocking and you have only communicated with me due to this review and a formal complaint.

If I could give zero I would.
They botched my kitchen completely, tiles not cut properly, kick boards not attached as failed to put the clips on, peeling vinyl on the kick boards, flooded my kitchen, damaged my brand new appliance where they accepted liability and said would replace only for them to not do it. Still have unfinished works and this has been ongoing for 26weeks. They never reply to any communication absolutely shocking company and I would advise to steer clear. I’m

Looking at having to take this through small claims court.

The gentleman were very professional, informative, friendly, work was carried out very quickly, clean and tidy.

Communication was 5 star. The engineer arrived before time I appreciated that. Friendly guy who explained step by step. The place was cleared away from tools and old boiler after installation, everything was explained, and re explained before he left
just so I understood. The office provided a great service and they deserve 5 stars for exceptional support needed. No judgement

Eco safe have been so amazing from start to finish -the lovely, caring lady on the phone (jeanie) to Liam inspecting our old boiler to the 2 men that fitted the boiler. Quick, on time professional and friendly. Even my Rottweiler felt so at ease, that other than the odd nose, he left them to it. Massive Thankyou to all 4 of you.

Absolutely terrible company and two terrible members of staff

Please see other reviews on google or similar sites before you get involved with this company via direct or indirectly...

All of this is a factual review based on Ecosafe doing council backed work for Ridgewater Energy Ltd for a family member of mine.

This company cannot handle the truth, takes months to admit they are wrong, then barely apologises and gives you attitude when they are in the wrong.

Key Issues from this company:

- Poor workmanship.
- Completely unprofessional.
- Completely untrustworthy to finish work and cannot deal with facts.
- Takes them months to even admit their mistakes.
- Seem to care only about finishing projects quickly and then trying to cover up any problems that happened and blame someone else.

Reported to council. Do not have anything to do with this company.

The fact that they do council backed work is ridiculous.

I have never been abusive and neither have any of my family members - this is completely untrue

waiting to see if they solve

this unprofessional and untrue response just shows everyone what ecosafe are like

also the fact they ignore problems shows a complete lack of respect

there is also a large amount of unclaimed reviews on here for eco safe

Great experience with this company Patrick the plaster was great so friendly and did a great job as well as Bula the painter and Megan who always kept me up to date on what was going on

From start to finish this group have been absolutely amazing.

I was due to have a new boiler installed through a grant with a company in the north,everything was fine right up to the day before installation..... I should have read their reviews sooner and seeing photos of what others had warned about I just had to cancel with them.

Weeks later looking into it more & reading reviews I noticed some great comments with Ecosafe. I called & spoke to Ginny who made everything possible she was kind & understanding. My grant was accepted, Liam called to say Reece would be installing my boiler. Reece was very professional & explaining everything. This installation was exceptional,tidy with no mess whatsoever. This group is outstanding 👏

We were expecting an Ecosafe appointment between 12pm and 4pm. Around 8.30am we were contacted via text by Danny who very politely told us his morning appointment had cancelled and would it be possible to come and do our Electrical check this morning. We agreed and at around 9.45am Danny arrived. He was very polite during the Electrical check and was very very thorough. We think Danny is a great asset to Ecosafe and please pass on our thanks to him for doing such a thorough job and we wish him every success in the future.

We have just had our kitchen replaced, which, as OAPs, we were not looking foward to !
How wrong were we, from start to finish, professional people, doing their jobs superbly, all done quietly, cleanly,and friendly, chatty manner, which we much enjoyed
There is not one single thing that would have improved our experience. From the people who came to plan the kitchen, the people on the phones, and every single person involved in any aspect of the ripping out and replacement of our kitchen, a big THANK YOU

Cannot express how happy I am with my kitchen. From the planning to the actual doing! It looks lovely, accommodated all my needs and also helped with a few extra things I needed doing. Super nice guys. Ben was amazing from start to finish and I cannot thank them enough. Means more to me than they will ever know. Thank you.

Benn and his team at EcoSafe were fantastic, understanding and very polite.

Tim had not long joined and done an amazing job in our bathroom.

Benn has always been a phone call or message away with any questions or issues and has sorted everything promptly so everything ran smoothly.

We have 2 young children at home too so the team were also very understanding in them being nosey and didn’t mind interacting with the kids.

Benn’s a top bloke, very satisfied 😊

My kitchen looks beautiful! Stunning colours and quick turnaround!!

After waiting for about 17 years to get a new kitchen I am more than impressed by the quality of service and the quality of goods.

Benn and his team go above and beyond to make the experience as easy as possible for you, not only doing the work required but actually helping us with things we weren’t able to do ourselves that were not on the job sheet : sanding down and fitting a door I had already here and putting up a tv bracket on the wall for my daughter, from extra flooring travelling through to our porch area , a breakfast bar which I’d always wanted and even an out of hours call out to help me with a small leak I had incurred, I said it was no bother and to wait until Monday but Benn wouldn’t hear of it and stopped by on his own time on a Saturday to fix the leak.

Benn also had a light switch moved as he wasn’t happy with its placement, its attention to detail like this that makes him so very good at his job, my untrained eye paid no attention to it but now it’s been moved, he’s right… it looks so much better!

All the lads I met were friendly and professional and clearly happy in their jobs, if ever I have more work done I can only hope I have a team half as dedicated and professional as these guys are!

Ecosafe carried out void work to upgrade our dates in kitchen in our council property, the contractors manager Ben went above and beyond to help me and my family , easy to get hold of and worked around our situation with our newborn and kids to carry out task at hand . All other tradesmen who are contracted through eco safe , were incredibly helpful and polite and professional.

Michael did a great job , everything was left tidy and done efficiently Thankyou !

Ben from Ecosafe went above and beyond my expectations, my 87 yr old mother had a bathroom refit and other modifications made to her home that we had previously seen written off.
I don't know where to start??
The service and compassion we received was beyond anything we had ever experienced, nothing was any trouble.
Ben coordinated all of the works to be scheduled and delivered on time.
Ben was compassionate and very caring towards my mother and would often show real kindness which was unbelievably overwhelming for us to think someone has such a strong work ethic.

The work carried out is of a high standard, snags raised, responded straight away, just amazing
